Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and consistent rude behavior from a particular female sales associate. I was just in the store yesterday afternoon, when for the second time, this sales associate ignored me, when I said hello and asked for assistance, the first time she did this a few weeks prior I just assumed she did not hear me or see me standing in front of her. In other words, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But the second encounter, I made sure to make eye contact with her and I said hello, when she looked at me and continued to walk past me without saying a word. I am no longer shopping at this location and will not renew my annual rewards membership.

Bad store design. The coffee in the back with the raised platform is one of the worst layouts of Barnes & Noble's; I've only seen them in 2 or 3 stores out of dozens. I'm just not a fan.

I am impressed that a full retail bookseller still has brick and mortar stores. And I am thankful for it! However, I do think the non-book items they carry are overpriced. Won't keep me from going back, though!

Great selection of books, games, music, and other interesting things. Staff is very helpful when trying to locate books or checking what is in stock. Nice area for children, and coffee shop in the back. I could spend the day here...and have! Only caution is regarding parking lot...many speeders entering from that side make it difficult to pull out during certain times of the day.

The store is warm and beautifully decorated for the Holiday Season. There appears to be plenty of stock of the A-list books. I was searching for Diary of a Wimpy Kid Seties!!

So big! This location is really nice and well spread out. Plenty of space for people to be quietly reading, or working off laptops, or enjoying coffee with friends. It seems like a very popular place.

I always appreciate having physical book stores and even though this is a chain they still have a great selection and welcoming atmosphere. The store is clean and the employees are consistently helpful. One of my fav B&Ns!

I visited this Barnes and Noble looking for some books on economics, I didn't have a specific book in mind. But when I looked in all the usual sections, I didn't find anything. So I went to ask for help. I asked an employee at the customer service booth, do you have any books on socialism? And the employee wasn't sure and so she told me to go to the business section before she got back to her conversation with another employee. I go and check again making sure I didn't miss anything. Still nothing. So I ask another employee who walks me to the business section and says "If we have it, it would be somewhere in here." Then leaves. I look for another 20-30 minutes in the this section. Both employees ignore and pass by me as I continue to look for literally anything, making my party wait for me in the process. Sadly, I believe these, older and White employees choose not to offer me more support. They practically ignored my requests for help and seemed disinterested in addressing them fully. Neither offered to check the computer system. I'm very disappointed in their clear political biases, no customer should be treated like this regardless of their beliefs or interests. But in the end, I did find a single book on socialism hidden and tucked in the very bottom left corner of the business section. I won't be returning to this establishment.
