the price for a new battery to replace one in our aging car was by far the best we saw, and having it installed for free (by a really helpful, friendly sales associate) was wonderful. we'll definitely go back there next time we need a battery!

Beware item may not be in stock!Ordered a camera battery online. Processed order with Credit Card. Went to the store. No battery in stock. Frustrating considering the battery was significantly more. Was willing to pay for connivence. That didn’t even work out.

Great prices, wonderful quality batteries and professional service! I will be buying all my batteries from them from here on out. BTW, their Duracell auto, truck, marine & RV batteries are made right here in the USA by East Penn (in my opinion one of the best made batteries anywhere). Many batteries today are made overseas or in Asia (i.e. Walmart's Everstart brand is now imported from Korea) and an Everstart Maxx (their top of the line) in one of my vehicles died and was unusable after just 1 year of normal service :-(By aware that some Duracell batteries incorrectly advertised as deep cycle (i.e. at Sam's Club) are actually only dual purpose, and will not last long under deep cycle duties (ergo the bad customer reviews for their Duracells). Likewise, the NAPA brand (made by East Penn) is also only a dual purpose and advertised as deep cycle (NOT!)Go to Batteries + for the true deep cycle ones !

I will never go back to this store let alone location. I went in for a key fob to one store to be told to drive 25 min away to another location just to be turned away because there worker was going home early because he didnt want to work. Idk what kid of manager would be happy with a 250 job turned down because his worker didnt want to do what they pay him for. Yeah never again thank you batteriers plus bulbs for turning me away to find a cheaper place with sane services.

If only I could give zero stars! This place is unbelievable! I went in yesterday (Thursday) to have a battery replaced in my cell phone. They had the battery in stock and said the price was $80 installed with warranty, but the person certified to replace it was gone until next week. (Who can wait that long for a cell phone these days, right?) My alternative was to drive to a store in Gilbert - almost an hour away. Instead, I found another repair spot nearby. Unfortunately, they didn't have the battery in stock and it would be 2-3 days to get it in if they ordered it.No problem, right? I know a place that has it! I'll buy the battery and you can install it!I go back to Batteries Plus, and they aren't even sure they can sell me just a battery ... (What?!) After confirming that they can do that, but there would be no warranty on the battery, they ring it up and it's $90! So without the labor, and with no warranty - they want the same price??!!Not only is this place completely inefficient (no one in house who can replace a cell phone battery until next week?), but they're also a complete rip off.I declined the overpriced, un-warrantied battery, just ordered one on Amazon for $18 ($18!!!!!), it arrives this afternoon and the other spot will install it for $60! Do yourself a favor and avoid Batteries Plus - at least at this particular location!

The place was empty so the staff were able to see me right away. The female staff member took my broken key shell and transferred it into a new one, with a new battery. The total transaction was $40. I think it was pretty inexpensive for a new key shell and a car battery. The staff was very kind. I am happy with my experience.

I normally go to the Batteries Plus at Cave Creek & Bell but it is closed for remodeling. My iPhone 7+ battery need replaced and charge port I thought needed replaced. So I went to the Batteries Plus on Scottsdale Rd & T-bird. They were friendly and fast. They said it would be about 30 minutes. They had replaced the the battery and said the charge port just needed clean which no charge. So all my experiences have been awesome with Batteries Plus no matter which location I have gone to.

Do not bother wasting your time or your money with these bums. They were supposed to order replacement parts for a phone repair and NEVER entered any information into their computer system - NEVER ordered the parts.They may sell batteries - but clearly the lights are not on.

I do a lot of business with Batteries Plus, I think I’ve been to every store in the valley. I had to go to this store because my favorite store off Cave Creek caught fire last week. I had the displeasure of interacting with Scarlet who was so rude, I hated every minute of conversing with her. I had to issue a return and she appeared angry that I was returning something. Her attitude was so rotten it was unbearable. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the other BP’s. I’ll do my best to avoid this store in the future. BP is a good retailer but don’t go to this store.

The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. This place has everything you need that requires batteries and bulbs, including batteries for high-end watches. I've been searching for a perfect, bright light bulb and found them here. I've been to Ace, Home Depot and grocery stores and came up empty each time. I'll definitely be back. They have a wonderful watch battery replacement program.
