I live super close, 2 min walking distance. Lately, @ least 3 times a week in the morning your store is closed anywhere from 4:00am to around 5:00am.There's no employee in sight and the sign on the door reads "store closed, don't knock on door".I can't tell you how inconvenient this is. I've needed to the atm, purchase bus passes or money orders and couldn't. If you store isn't truly open 24 hours a day, please let everyone know so we can go somewhere else

As I'm sweeping the floor at my job near by, I check my phone and see that it's disabled. The phone was purchased and have receipts to prove it! The phone was disabled for an hour and I can't call a Lyft, my coworkers said left so I didn't have a way to get home. I walk half a mile to the nearest gas station just to kill time so the phone can let me type in my password...disabled again for another hour. At this point idk what's going on, am I pushing the right buttons? I mean I know my birthday! The clerk showed me no courtesy nor did he respond to my question, he casually continued with cleaning the microwave. I had the audacity to plead my case with the clerk. Gave him a run down on the day I've had and insured him I wasn't a threat or was asking for money. The cab is the business no money should've been exchanged with any human being I came into contact with at this store. That was my logic coming in and asking this question. I walked out of the store without malice and asked a gentleman to do that same favor. The clerk comes out and tells me to leave the premises, I guess asking the customer to phone a cab for me was against the law. I proceeded to ask him his reasoning for telling me to leave when I was just trying to get home, I was literally miles away from home and the busses stopped running at this point. I have a family who will look for my whereabouts and I was hoping to get to them before anyone got worried. The clerk told the police he answered my question when in actuality he didn't which is why I have to ask a total stranger. Long story short, I was essentially banned from the store for a year. I have never been to the store and for this man to not handle me without customer service really baffles me. I could've been shot! I'm a black man over 6'3 and 325, I'm already afraid as it is. What this clerk did was not only candid but did not meet expectations for retail customer service. I've been discriminated against and I want justice! Not one but 0 stars!

Not always open 24hrs… I paid for an Uber to get to this location, only to find they were closed.

This location is staffed by friendly people. There are usually not large lines and if there are they cut through them quickly. It’s always clean and well stocked. They have cold cases of soda and their atm allows you to withdrawal up to $500 per transaction. I will usually choose this store over others in the area due to the quickness in which I’m able to get in and out. Every once in a great while they will close for a period around 4am but that is few and far in-between.

I guess this Circle K shuts down from 10:00-10:15? And some nights from 9:00-9:15? Yet they stand at the door and say they’re on break? There were like 10 people waiting outside, but I wasn’t going to be one of them, I left and went somewhere else.

I walked in at approx 6:10 pm az time pm. Got my one beer and waited in line. There was one person in front of me... a week ago I was yelled by Gina for forgetting my mask. Ok, im fine with that. I deserve it..i immediately grabbed my mask. Came back in, all was well. But today was a different story at 6:10 pm on your cameras approx, please allow 10 min + or -. A tall bald man 6'2 and 200+ lbs came in with no mask and went behind the counter. I asked Gina why I was yelled at last week, honestly just out of curiosity to see if the policy had changed. No word was said by an employee, i was told by the 6'2 bald 200+ pound man not in uniform but behind the employee counter top talking to Gina . " dont ask questions, get out of here and keep your mouth shut. In a absolutly aggressive way. Watch your cameras, i got my beer and was told to get the f*** out and not to ask questions. I asked for ginas name and was flipped off by him on my way out...check your cameras it will be found to be absolutely true. Who was behind the counter out of uniform threatening me and flipping me off, and why did miss gena, I dont know correct spelling allow that? Its not professional for me or any guest to experience this threatening behavior. My only comment was im calling corporate. He said do that. So here we are.. calling corporate because I was threatened and spoke to in a absolute inappropriate action for a guy who may or may not work there, but the most disturbing part is the threatening tone from behind a counter and beeing flipped off, and it seems very ok by gina. I dont know if its a husband or brother, but at no point did I deserve this as a customer, nor do I belive this aggressor belongs behind or next to the counter without a mask. I dont care about the mask my concern is the aggressive man behind the counter. I honestly felt unsafe in your establishment. I will not go back, it seems the employees family, or friends are making it unsafe and a hostile establishment. Please review your cameras at around 6:10 ish pm. I will be calling corporate number later and filing every possible report. I find this unfair unprofessionL and discrimatory. If this is the modus operandi of the corporation then let me know that intimidation is part of your culture, because I dont feel this to be the situation, but it just happened. I now feel unsafe going back to your location...ever. ide rater pay 2x as much and go to shell. By the way I way 120 lbs and 5'9. I honestly felt scared. Is that OK? Please check your cameras! And audio!

This particular Circle K isn't far from my house so convenient yes the staff are awesome the new manager is great. What I think could make this place a 4 or 5 star is to work on schedules for Saturday from 10 am - 12pm Not a good time if you are in a hurry.
