Store assistant manager, michael, thinks he is God. Mistreated my Lady in the store. Berated her and ran her out of the store because he refused to honor an advertised price for some drinks. It’s also against the law to advertise prices and not honor them in Arizona.

Always randomly closed For mysterious reasons. I understand closing every single night between 1 and 3 AM But I walked there To find man waiting outside and a sign that said closed until 6 AM even though it was already 630..... It would be more Convenient if they just cut back their hours since that can't handle 24 hours A-day.

Dec 18, 2022; approximately 12:15pm. When in there for $8 dollars lottery ticket. I gave this hispanic clerk $20, he shortchanged me. I am not stupid nor drunk. Please, Don't use my changes to subsidized your minimum wage job.

6/29 around 5:30PM a male, heavyset employee with dark hair made a mistake at his job, was rude and abrasive until I saved him from his mistake. I thought ownership should like to know, here's the full story: I pulled into the lot, the pumps were mostly empty when I first pulled up, one lady was mid filling her car up if I recall. I drive upnext to a pump, get out to pay, and notice that it tells me to start fueling, so I make my selection and it starts pumping $10 worth of gas. I wont lie, this isn't the most moral action but I argue I can hardly be blamed. Your employee comes marching out a minute after the first transaction finishes and I am trying to pay to fill the rest of my tank up, I see him coming and dont drive off even though I could of. He hustles me for the $10. It felt like he was accusing of grabbing a case of beer and running out the store. A much more apporpriate comparison is him putting a case of beer out on the sidewalk, with no sign or warning not to take, me putting it in the trunk of my car and him then hastling me to pay for it. Im not a complete dick so I payed him the $10, but I know many many people would of driven off with the free gas, that's why I am writing this so managment can prevent lose of sales here in the future. Ownership, your employee is bad at his job, not mature enough to admit his mistake, and quick to be aggressive towards customers. Those are the facts that I see them, it is in my opinion though that this employee is also a complete moron and his ugly personality traits will keep me from frequenting this location. Cheers! P.S. The best part was after our interaction he ended with "thank you", as he was walking away I said "you're welcome". He apparently didnt make out what I said because he spins his big body around and appoaches me and spits out aggressively "what did you say", I repeated myself and he said "oh ok" and he walks back inside. I felt he was ready to fight me under incorrect belief I had insulted him, even after he got his money for his damned mistake. If that's not pathetic and poor customer service idk what is.

You can’t go wrong with circle K… thy got a huge selection of drinks and also thy make the yummy ice cream in the back.The donuts are always fresh I think thy also bake that in the back:/I also noticed that thy except cash here

My circle k I’d a joke! Not only is it filthy but the close at odd times and take their phone off the hook when the gas guy is filling up! I worked for circle k before and my store manager would never let us get away with closing at 630 pm for 2 hours supposedly for cleaning ! 15 minutes for the bathroom is one thing but 2 hours! At no time is this store clean! It is so nasty the the coffee area is usually over flowing with coffee in the drain board and the coffee machines are not cleaned properly! The store has a bad Oder to it!Out front the gas pumps are not taken care of with the cleaning of the tanks or changing of the water and parking lot is dirty with trash ! I will NEVER STRP FOOT IN THIS CIRCLE K EVER AGAIN AND IT IS TWO DOORS AWSY FROM MY HOUSE!

This location has gone downhill big time. It’s always dirty, the credit card system is always down, the shelves are rarely stocked with sodas and today they were closed at 12:38 in the afternoon. The people working in there are always just talking to each other instead of helping the customers. This used to be my go to location, but not anymore. I’m sure they won’t miss me. The new circle k down the street is way better. Drive the extra 1 minute and visit a much cleaner and more well stocked location.

There is a older man working as a cashier there who is the rudest employee I've ever met...he has an attitude every time I come into the store with me whether its shaking his head or rolling his eyes or raising his voice..I've been coming there for 20 years ..my condo is right down the street..today I came in to get some water ..I ask him for water and he rudely pointed to the machine outside ..when I said can't I just grab it from the fountain he raised his voice and shook his head in a rudely manner and yelled fine go ahead like its his machine or something...the man has grey hair and a grey beard .not a full beard just on his chin..I'm tired of this man's attitude please talk to him because you lose one customer a day thats 7 a week 28 a month and over 300 per year im sure your company would not appreciate this thank you

For some mysterious reason without warning the store had closed at night. They make up hours there closed. For those of us who walk 15 to 20 minutes to get there it's not okay. I can understand taking breaks but multiple hours, I wonder if they're going out of business

Nothings better than pumping 40 dollars worth of gas to find out the restrooms are closed because staff members are too lazy to clean them. Stopped the pump half way and drove to QT to fill up the rest of the way. Thank you QT for having functioning restrooms

whoever does the hiring at this location, i thank you. all the employees are so kind and friendly. they do their best at cleaning the store & the stock at this location is always good. my family and i come here everyday. i have never come across a circle k with such friendly, happy, welcoming employees!!!

Living nearby, this is a great place, to quickly get there restock a few things, like Soda, Snacks etc. I highly recommend this place for the friendly staff, and steadfast ability the staff have. Just Excellent!
