The 1 lady working there @7am on Sunday am was FANTASTIC, she gets 10stars, but later the same day I go back at 5pm and the 2 "employees " in there were Unfortunately the Exact Opposite of her and how customer service people are Supposed to behave, Especially the male 1, ignoring Everyone even his coworker!

I have lost count of the number of times I walked to this store, only for it to be closed temporarily. It's always indicated with un-professional signage too. It happened just now, the sign said "25 minutes for bathroom break"It happened last week too during a storm; the sign said "closed due to storm"I know I'm probably being petty, and this place is probably understaffed, but I just finally had to say something in hopes that this can hopefully be corrected.

Vic is not good at his job. Circle K isn’t known for their high quality employees but this guy Vic is unbelievably terrible at what he is doing. I hope someone at Circle K reads this and can do something about this guy. He did not listen to a word that I said when I was cashing in a lotto ticket and then tried to blame me for not being “specific enough” I waited at the register for quite some time before even being helped and then when he did “help” me, he got things wrong. I’m done going to this location.

The worst gas station along with the worst customer service. Stopped by to buy gas and use restroom. I was told by employee that restrooms are only for employees and sarcastically offered me a job application so that I can use the restroom. What a j****

When I walked into the store, I was prepared for it to be a complete nightmare based on other reviews I’ve read. Total opposite. I’m totally blind, I needed to go in to get some cash back, in the form of singles, to pay for paratransit. So, I walked in, Victor was very polite and friendly, got me the beers I wanted, got me my cash back, and the store smelled very clean. I was telling him about the negative reviews, and he was saying those must be intended for the other one on Scottsdale Road which apparently is pretty ghetto. But this store is going to be my go to, at least for now. Other customers seemed very friendly as well. I will be back.

Happened about 1:40 pm June 3rd, 2022. I just had a very nasty experience with one of your employees at the Circle K on Scottsdale Rd. and Shea Blvd. The fellow in front of me was buying a bag of chips when he realized something might be wrong with it. He asked to swap out with another bag. Your guy at the counter refused to allow it, saying that all the bags are the same. The customer insisted, whereupon your employee began to berate and abuse him. This went on for a while. Eventually, the man demanded to get his money back, and your employee finally agreed. Having watched the whole thing before my eyes, I told him, "You are a lousy employee." To this he responded, "You are a lousy customer." I replied, "If you worked for me, you'd be fired." At this point he kicked be out of the store. You need to investigate him. I've never seen such poor customer service in my life.

I really liked this location and upset I always overlooked it to go to that newer store on Scottsdale rd. The one on Shea is by far superior in almost every way. Sure, their selection and store size is smaller but their customer service and cleanliness is leaps and bounds better than the one down the street on Scottsdale rd. If you have the chance, skip that larger one and come to this one if you want to feel like your business really matters.

This place always smells like sewage and rotten food. The cashiers are extremely rude and even though you come in here everyday they want to Scan your ID.... the pumps don't always work the one across the street is better.Please do something about the smell!

I live just across the street from this store and used it when it was the smaller version. Was excited when the small store was torn down and a new bigger version was built but now I’m so disappointed in this store. Like a said I live just across the street but I’ll drive a couple miles from my house to avoid using this store. This is hands down the worst circle K that I’ve been in around Phoenix and you guys should take a closer look at how much business you are losing because it’s never stocked and looks like a tornado has torn through it any time I have to use it. TRUTH!!!!

I could not give this a lower score. A friend from out of town was visiting and the clerk carded us both. We showed out IDs but the clerk was giving her a lil attitude bc her id was difficult to read..I assured the clerk we were of age but he pushed our IDs back and told us to leave. Started cursing worst experience of my life.
