Each time I have stopped in, there has only been 1 employee,if they need a bathroom break, they are screwed. In this neighborhood, you should have 2 employees. For as much circle k makes, they should staff the locations better.

I work fairly close to this location and have come here a few times, only to be disappointed each time. I don't know if it's my luck or what but every time I have stopped at this facility half the pumps or more are not working. Usually there's a line to get gas and takes a decent amount of time before one frees up. You are better off driving down the road to Tatum/Union Hills location or another gas station. You will save yourself time and frustration. ?

Paid $2 for air to get an error message and no air provided. Asked the clerk if he could do anything and he said no. He said he knew it was out of order and didn’t know why there wasn’t a sign on it.

A return trip to Circle K for a good bargain. Yesterday I got a Easy Pay card from the Circle K worker. I decided not to pursue it. Based on the instructions it would take a few days to process before I could use it. I will purchase gas at my typical station unless I see a deal. When completed I went in the store to obtain my receipt.

It’s almost 2022 and this location still hasn’t seemed to figure out how to get the card readers at the pumps working properly! Every single time I’m here, customers are making laps hopping from one pump to another before it actually works! Come on!!

Location is convenient but the pumps never have receipt paper. Press “Yes” for receipt, and...nothing. The first and second time this happened I just assumed I got unlucky and picked the pumps that were out. However, on what was probably my 5th or 6th...and last full up, there was no receipt paper. So, I put on my mask, went inside and waited in line to my receipt. Seems trivial, but some people need the receipt for work.

I went to purchase juul pod refills and was provided with a completely different product. I realized and returned less than a minute later and was denied a refund. The manager stated that there is a law stating they couldn't refund the product even though it was unopened and I had been there moments earlier but had no statute or anything in writing. I looked up this info online and couldn't find this either. So if anyone who works for circle k who cares at all about customer service can provide me with this information in writing I will leave it at that. But the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and the manager was inconsiderate. These employees have no respect for people and completely disregarded the fact that there was about a minute from when I purchased the item to when I walked back inside to rectify the mistake. Common sense says that I was owed a refund but they were more concerned with themselves and ignoring customers at that point that the woman at checkout even told me not to return. I was not violent or outrageous. I accepted the situation since they gave me no additional info and ignored me and she still proceeded to insult a customer. That's ridiculous. It's a corner store and a whole 60 seconds that they had to consider being a normal human being working in the customer service industry.
