Everytime ive gone here ive had a bad experice. The gas is a rip off, it's almost always overflowing with big mouth homeless people that the employees allow to harass customers. And the old lady with the white hair that works there is extremely rude and unbelievable slow, it shouldn't take 10 minutes to ring up a bag of chips because she's standing there complaining about her sleeping medication. She yelled at a guy for trying to use the self check out while she was complaining too.

They have frauds here if you ever used your card I suggest canceling it or checking it cause they took 180.00 from my card and not once did I ever go here just a year ago I did. Becarful out there idk what could’ve happened why my card was hacked or what, it shook me bad! I was shocked worst ever to go through!!!!

If I could give this location zero Stars I would. The cashier that helped me was completely rude. My receipt didn't print and I asked her for help and she gave me a hard time. The location is okay but the cashier definitely needs some retraining

It's just a circle k, but the older lady with white hair has been so unbelievably rude to me the last 3 times I went in I can confidently say I will never be back here again. Went in yesterday with my headphones on at about 6 pm. once I noticed it was her, as I've had multiple negative experiences with her, I left my headphones on and ignored her. I went to the self checkout machine while she was helping other customers, and that did not stop her, she still proceeded to try and get my attention, waving her arms and snapping at me while I paid for my items. I just ignored her and walked out, I've never felt so uncomfortable and attacked as a customer anywhere in my entire life, absolutely will never be returning. As someone who only recently left the customer service industry, I would have been let go of my behavior ever reached this level of disrespect and aggressiveness towards a customer. They're not even supposed to be confronting the people stealing from their stores but it's ok for them to harass normal paying people?

I can't belive the customer service I had 20 minutes ago I went in got product and was told to ring it up myself while there was no one in line and was told to bag my own items I said did not get off of work to go to work she replied want me to call my supervisor I said yes especially when there are bags next to you she responded bag your own items if not I will call the cops on you while she had no customers and iam am a business owner from the local area and that is what is sad I would have fired my employee if they ever did something like that

Went to get gas, my card was denied. Went to use a different pump, same thing. Tried using debit and credit would not take it.Difficult to get in and out of. Save yourself the aggravation.

Where do I start?As I’m sweeping the floor at my job near by, I check my phone and see that it’s disabled. The phone was purchased and have receipts to prove it! The phone was disabled for an hour and I can’t call a Lyft, my coworkers said left so I didn’t have a way to get home. I walk half a mile to the nearest gas station just to kill time so the phone can let me type in my password…disabled again for another hour. At this point idk what’s going on, am I pushing the right buttons? I mean I know my birthday! The clerk showed me no courtesy nor did he respond to my question, he casually continued with cleaning the microwave. I had the audacity to plead my case with the clerk. Gave him a run down on the day I’ve had and insured him I wasn’t a threat or was asking for money. The cab is the business no money should’ve been exchanged with any human being I came into contact with at this store. That was my logic coming in and asking this question. I walked out of the store without malice and asked a gentleman to do that same favor. The clerk comes out and tells me to leave the premises, I guess asking the customer to phone a cab for me was against the law. I proceeded to ask him his reasoning for telling me to leave when I was just trying to get home, I was literally miles away from home and the busses stopped running at this point. I have a family who will look for my whereabouts and I was hoping to get to them before anyone got worried. The clerk told the police he answered my question when in actuality he didn’t which is why I have to ask a total stranger. Long story short, I was essentially banned from the store for a year. I have never been to the store and for this man to not handle me without customer service really baffles me. I could’ve been shot! I’m a black man over 6’3 and 325, I’m already afraid as it is. What this clerk did was not only candid but did not meet expectations for retail customer service. I’ve been discriminated against and I want justice! Not one but 0 stars!

A complete pit of homeless and employees that enable them. Fair warning to visit past 9pm where you will find the employees fostering the homeless and allowing open shop lifting and drug exchange (from personal experience walking in at 11pm). Run for your life

The doors are locked every single time I come here for more than 20 minutes at a time. I think I've actually gone inside this circle k once out of 10 times I've stopped here. It's ridiculous.The one time I actually got to go in, the guy at the counter was friendly. But I have never in my life been to a circle k who locks the doors, let alone multiple times a day like this one.

I just went in for a fountain drink and was met with the most foul smell of my life and that was WITH a mask on. I've worked some pretty nasty jobs at run down movie theaters and old race tracks and this place was the nastiest place I've ever seen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

After purchasing gas and buying snacks I asked to use the restroom. Was told they were closed. When I asked if they were out of order the employee said "no my manager just wants them closed because a woman went in there and took several guys in there with her". I stated that there's got to be a better solution because some of us aren't going to have group sex or so drugs. Some of us drive for work 12 hours a day and just have to pee. He concluded by rolling his eyes at me.
