I would give the meat department five stars, but what's up with your ground beef???? All nice and red on the outside (looking fresh) but all gray/brown on the inside (looking much older)! Are you engaging in deception on the freshness of your meat??

I tried some of their new food court items. The Latte Freeze is made with Cold Brewed Kirkland Signature Columbian Coffee. The Mocha Freeze is similar with an extra shot of chocolate syrup. It tasted pretty good and I think coffee lovers will like it if they like coffee slush drinks. I tried the mango slush a while back and did not like it too much. I thought it had more of an apple flavor. If you left it in the refrigerator too long or didn't drink it soon enough, it became a brownish color. The parking is crazy like usual and very crowded. Wonder what would happen if they invested in a parking structure and or a larger building.

Sometimes we forget to review the common places near our own homes. Such is the case with me and my nearest, most frequented Costco. I have been to almost 40 different Costco warehouses in over a dozen states. I have enjoyed them all, but I have found no other as pleasant as this one. The employees in the warehouse and the tire center are wonderful. The place is always clean. The merchandise layouts are always well kept, and they always have good stock on their merchandise. Almost forgot - the pharmacy and hearing center staffs are welcoming, professional and very helpful. Needless to say, I love the $1.50hot dog and a Coke. Now, having gotten that off my chest, do not go there. You'll make it too crowded for me. You stay home. I'll go!

I usually have a good experience at Costco. Not so today at the optical department. I took a number while there was only one customer being helped. Two female employees chatted away about homeowners insurance and a man with a tag that said Licensed "something" with a last name beginning with "L" stayed on his computer without saying a word. I stood there about 10 minutes holding onto my precious number believing that someone would eventually ask me what I needed . I also believe in Santa Claus. So a male customer walks up to one of the women and he tells her what he needed and she promptly began to help him. I then asked "WHAT NUMBER ARE WE UP TO?" She then said that she thought I was being helped by the man on the computer. I said that I was not being helped by him . She said she would be a minute and then take care of me. So with all that waiting, I am still waiting more. I muttered." this is really ridiculous". The man at the computer who had ignored me all this time suddenly revived himself to address my comment. He said," it's not ridiculous just a mistake. You know what a mistake is". I responded that I indeed found it to be ridiculous that I was waiting for so long and yet another person was taken before me. He kept reiterating about mistakes, asking me if I have ever made a mistake. I told him that his continuing to respond to me regarding this issue is not something he should be doing to a customer. I believed he was fueling the fire. A person who works at Costco should have more common sense about customer service, not trivialize a customer's experience, and not continue to engage in a war of words with a customer. This Mr. L does not represent Costco well and is in need of training and/or anger management.

Love Costco, love the consistency with high quality products! If you try Costco you'll never go back to the other large box store, S---. There's no comparison. They're especially great during the Holidays for special gifts at a good price, special foods, including hors d'oeuvres, deserts, main courses, breads, cheeses, liquors, and wines.Costco is your one stop shop!

Well I was shamed by cashier Jess7-7-23 @1645 for leaving my line while my husband waited patiently for checkout because I walked to the bathroom between 2 cash registers?!!! Hmmm Jess your a rude disheveled Costco employee who needs some remediation and likely needing to attend customer service ma'am. Thank you Costco for always taking my hundreds of dollars a visit and your pitiful employee who has zero Costco like attributes. Sad.There is no need for rudeness we all work hard enough for what we have and this is certainly worth a mention!

I've been a Costco member for several years, usually shopping weekly for fresh produce. In the past year the quality of produce has dropped to the point where Costco offers no advantage. Raspberries that are moldy in less than a day, peaches that rot before softening, vegetables that spoil in day, pineapples that are overripe, are some of the examples of Costco's bad produce. I'm going back to Safeway or Bashas for my produce. There may be some things to buy at Costco, but definitely not fresh produce.Tom M

No matter the gas price, generally speaking, it is always lower than most other locations & only requires that you have a Costco membership & not a bunch of discounts or points to get to this "low" price. Honestly, the low gas prices are a huge reason I keep my membership. That plus the rotisserie chicken & convenient locations.

Love this Costco but They recently added an employee named Pamela who checks the receipts at the exit. Every time I see her she is giving customers a hard time. Even today- we avoided her line at all costs and we still witnessed her yelling at a woman. when the woman's husband stepped In to defend his wife, Pamela screamed, "shame on you and the both of you." completely rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. She holds up the lines with her constant bickering and I hope Costco moves her to a different department soon so members don't have to experience her horrible attitude anymore.

Store is overtly packed and super crowded. Difficult to even walk through aisles. Wish they would make it easier to shop. Lots of new products but lighting is very dim. Difficult to even see what is there while walking in so many aisles.

My favorite Costco for the past 15 years! Excellent service and friendly staff....especially cashiers. Always clean, organized and well stocked. The best produce and bakery selections too!

I really LOVE Costco. They have consistent locations and their private label brands are top shelf. This location is ALWAYS busy, but it's worth the hassle. BUT, what is it with inconsiderate people thinking that standing in the middle of a busy entry way is okay? I'm super excited they have self checkout but I tend to buy wine, so that eliminates this as an option for me because you can't buy alcohol in the self checkout. HELLO!?!?How can you argue with the amazing value, the challenge for someone in a small household is that everything is bulk. I do like the prices, the variety of items, and the wine selection here is absolutely amazing and so is the liquor situation. There are friendly employees here and I generally find more than I need/want, such is life. FYI, one star deduction because it tends to be crowded I know, tough to fault Costco, but I do.
