I originally stopped in to look at wedding bands for my fiancé. While he was being helped, I decided to look at the wedding collection for women. Christian was so accommodating to both of us, his follow up was great and we both ended up buying our rings here. I was having sizing issues and Amy, the assistant manager, was so sweet and helpful in making sure the ring fit and I had it in enough time for the wedding. Thank you Amy & Christian!

Some of the employees regularly fail to greet, acknowledge or assist customers. Perhaps it stems from the culture of the store, lack of training and/or an unwillingness to multitask. Today I waited to pick up one order and make an additional purchase as at least one employee missed multiple opportunities to acknowledge my presence. Even low-wage drugstore employees manage to greet customers while attending to other tasks.

I love David yurman but this store is garbage. Took in a bracelet to be repaired. The associate acted very put out that he had to help a customer. Told me I would be contacted in about 2 weeks with what repairs would be done. It's been 4 weeks and no one can give me a straight answer. This is ridiculous.

I purchased a men’s wheat bracelet and after a few years or use the clasp internal spring stopped working. I brought it here to repair and they charged me a hundred plus dollars to repair them after two uses it stopped working again. I shipped it in for repair 4 plus months ago and it was never returned. Still don’t have my bracelet. Disappointed by the customer experience overall. I would not recommend David Yurman any longer.

Extremely professional salesperson Jeff. The jewelry selection was displayed beautifully and so many pieces.. reinventing the old to new and so many brand new collections.

I was vacationing in Scottsdale and enjoying the beautiful mall. I found a lovely piece at David Yurman, but I didn't want to purchase on impulse. The next day I decided to purchase and cut activities short to go back to the store. The sales associate spent time chatting and telling me more about the piece. I decided to buy it, gave her cash. About 10 minutes later she came back, and told me the piece was the wrong price. Rather than honoring the price on the piece, they offered me a 20% discount, stating I should be "happy" with that since they never discount their jewelry. I declined, then they suggested a "similar" piece... not even close. Yellow gold as opposed to white, different design, etc. Poor management, poor product knowledge, poor customer service. I will not be returning to this store. I"ll take my DY business to Bloomingdale's, where I'm rewarded for my purchases and customer loyalty.

Not happy with the 20-45% price hikes starting in July, almost no other jeweler has done the same... They sent me a message saying for this or that, but meanwhile they're expanding their stores etc. So they lost a long time customer with over 12 pieces....
