If I could give less stars I would. Customer service is terrible. Waited 1.5 hours for a gallon of paint , while new customers came and went. Guy came in 45 mins after me and had his paint in 15 mins, not a pre order, custom match. Then I'm told it could be another hour. Glad I switched to Sherwin Williams years ago. I'll never use dun Edward's again. I refer all customers to Sherwin williams

Immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful employee. I provided the details and within 10 minutes I had two mixed gallons of paint. We will be back!

Showed up nine minutes before closing and expected to pick the paint up the following day. With smiles on faces, they didn’t even question getting it done before they closed. That’s the kind of customer service you just don’t see anymore. Thanks for taking great care of us.

I don't recommend buy paint from this store I bring same paint for color match it from Dunn Edward she said you need wit 30 min ? another stores take 2 min do that it is weird

We are building a home and were in the Scottsdale store on Frank Lloyd Wright before the holidays with our samples trying to find the right colors to paint our home. Tara Dondas must have seen us struggling and she came over in between her appointments and gave us information on how to schedule an appointment with a paint consultant to help with this process. We left the store and scheduled our appointment online. This week we met with Tara. We brought in all of our tile/flooring/furniture samples and within 50 minutes, we had a beautiful color palette for our new home. Thank you so much Tara, you saved us an enormous amount of time and probably poor choices on our part. We truly appreciate that Dunn Edwards offers this service and provides the store with qualified people to help with this process. This was a 5 star moment for us, thanks again, John and Bernadette

Met with Tara Dondas last week and then for just a few minutes today. She's their professional color consultant which I didn't even know they had. She's amazing!!! I've been running around for a month trying to coordinate colors for all my cabinets, paint for entire interior, etc. I brought in my samples (flooring, tile) and she totally nailed it! She's personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She was patient, took input and my needs into consideration and helped me come to a conclusion that I believe will yield excellent results in my home. What a time saver. She's terrific! I couldn't be more satisfied!

Required by HOA to use their paints. Staff was helpful in locating colors and asked appropriate questions to narrow down options and pick more modern color combinations from the list. A bit pricey, but hoping it covers previous colors and wears well.

Condescending sarcastic attitude by the customer service person. I was trying to buy matching paint. The guy even said he can read when i wasn't sure of the paint spec (Paint color noticeable of the piant box.). Forced me to leave the shop. Customers have options always remember that.

Went to buy a drop cloth and was charged 3x the amount, entire staff was unhelpful and made me wait there for 30 minutes, just to tell me they can’t do anything about it.

Just visited this location to get a couple of items for a small paint job. Christina was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience simple and easy. I highly recommend this location for your painting product needs.

Came here for a quick lunch run to get a paint sample. There was one person in front of me. Once I got to the register to order my paint sample the poor sale associate was so low energy and moving at a snails pace. I paid in cash and you would have thought I was paying in Russian rubles by the way she acted. I admit it was a larger bill but it took 5-10 minutes for me to get my change and then I never got a receipt. She was really sweet just didn't seem confident in her job. After waiting 45 minutes for my sample I finally had to ask about my sample status and then it appeared it may have been sitting back there for a long time. Also the lady that I had asked decorating color questions seemed annoyed I was asking so many questions. I know the big boxes like Home Depot get a bad rap but my experience at the Home Depot in Scottsdale was 100 x better, faster and friendlier. Wouldn't recommend this location. I'm sad .

They were very professional when I went in to get paint samples for the exterior of my home. It did take a little longer than they said, but they were busy. I love the colors I picked out, Mesa Tan and Baked potato. My house is now painted and looks great. Their paint lasts. My paint still looked good on my house from the last time I used them which was 14 years ago. Their paint is worth the price. I highly recommend it.

gave paint chip to match told me 1hr 30m wait, not a big deal said I would come back, next day they "couldn't find it" ok, make a new one. came back next day paint was ready but when someone is standing there greet them, don't ignore them.

Not only was the staff (specifically Olivia) very helpful and friendly with my paint needs, they also were supportive when I discovered I had a flat tire! The store was fairly busy and the manager (Shaun) told one of his employees to be sure to assist me with my spare tire ASAP. They still met their customers needs inside with extra hands on deck stepping up to assist their customers, so Ross (who knew how to change a tire) could step away and help me. Once he was done, I was able to get over to get my tire repaired and pick up my kids from school on time with 5 min to spare. Their customer service and compassion to help someone in need did not go unnoticed!!!
