I went into Q fashion square mall today, I found a cute top and was mistaken by the price and the employee Mercedes was very rude and made me feel very low. Will not be coming back

Fitting rooms are closed.. “due to COVID”. It’s 2023. In addition to that you can only get store credit not money back from returns. So I have to buy something without knowing it fits but I also can’t get my money back? Makes total sense

I bought a top 2 days prior and wanted to exchange it for a different color, the girl at the counter said things on the table are non returnable. I told no one made me aware I just got it 2 days ago.
