Returns are not accepted unless the item is unworn and all tags attached. My daughter purchased a faulty item that looked terrible after wearing it for only an hour. The store was extremely rude and did not even offer an apology. They should stand behind their products.

Got here right at 8 just to pick up an order. The doors were locked. I made sure to look up the hours before going & the hours on the website & google say open until 9. The employees were also rude.

Zero quality to the clothes and not really updated fashion or current styles. Might find a couple pieces through the entire store if I am lucky. Staff is RUDE and have ZERO knowledge about anything. Much rather spend my money elsewhere.
