if i could i would put zero stars. the staff was so rude with us customers, they also didn’t let us try on the clothes so after a while we walked out. never going back again

This happened es at Forever 21 fashion square , I bought gym wear on pre sale a few minutes before the store closed and when I payed for my stuff , the guy who charged me for my stuff told me we could do re turns or devolutions within a month , so I agreed . Later that night I realized I had bought the wrong size for me and decided I would be returning it the day after . ( I didn’t have time to try the it on because I literally bought it a few minutes before they closed the store as mentioned before ) and the next day I went which was actually today , this “manager” tells me I can’t return or change anything because it was a “pre sale item” and did not make any sense , since the guy who charged me the day before had tollen me I could . They made me responsible for THEIR MISTAKE and did not want to at least switch size and then another “manager” came and was horribly rude and mean . He even snapped his fingers at me .

Zero star. Went here in December and bought some clothes. Their fitting room was closed and the cashier never told me that the red flag clothes were final sale. When I went I the Chandler store to return, the people there told me the red flag ones were final sale and couldn’t be returned.They just let you lose your money! So unprofessional, careless of customers!

Well, tried to return something without the receipt and was told that they do not issue gift cards, only exchanges, so went do a different location and got the gift card. Rules supposed to be the same in in each location!

The manager with the eyeliner eyebrows was very rude and uneducated. She didn’t know how to use Klarna and was very rude to us about it. She proceeded to gossip with the other worker and roll her eyes as we left.

Was not acknowledged even once. There was one associate that was stocking and on multiple occasions just pushed by me. No excuse me, or any sort of acknowledgement. I just felt like I was in the way and very unwelcome.

ZERO STARS. Forever 21 has lost me and my family as customers. They literally stole money from me on a return. A YEAR AGO!!! I shopped online since I couldn't try anything on in store. I bought several of the same item in different sizes so I could see what would fit as I'm not always a consistent size with their clothes. I went into the store to return the additional items WITHIN the return policy and even had a screenshot on my phone incase I needed it. They took ALL the items back and only gave me a partial refund in cash. No refund, no store credit nothing! Said I was past the return window, they don't even know their own store policies! Like how lazy can you get! The cherry on top is that when they gave me that partial refund they acted like they were doing me a favor, meanwhile they are going to resell the items that I'm returning and still technically own from a financial standpoint. Talk about unjust enrichment.I have been in the store several times over the past year to explain the situation and leave my contact information, even did it again a few weeks ago. Same thing each time, our manager will contact you in a few days....still waiting a year later lol!I thought Forever 21 is bankrupt? How are you still in business or did I miss what bankruptcy means. Hire competent staff, you're the ones that set the return policy not us as consumers.I'm not going to stop reporting them to governing agencies until I get my money back. I reported them to the Arizona attorney general, which I suggest others do as they are now on their radar and will expand their investigation.

Love every 21 they typically have really good staff willing to assist you. I took a star off because it was extremely difficult to find it in the mall. They also did not carry plus sizes considering how large the mall was so that was a big disappointment. Otherwise everything was great.

Veronica was very helpful as a cashier and manager, always a clean store. Been there a few times but the clothes are good even for men. Enforcers mask policy to customer not wearing which I really appreciate during the pandemic.

Veronica Smith was extremely rude, she kicked me out simply because I had a medical exemption and get coughing fits if I throw on a mask. They didn't even try to listen or care about customer service. She discriminated me 100%!!! I guess my wife won't be getting her bday gift. I guess Amazon gets more business and local business doesn't.
