Every time I walk inside I feel welcome. Staff is amazing and treat me like family. Even if I walk out with nothing I always leave with a great mood thanks to the staff. Great shop

This place is the worst. Consistently slow. Never have anything. Buying a video game should be in-and out, like buying a candy bar at a convenience store. Not a 30 minute affair. Late stage signs of a dieing business model.

The customer service at this location was horrible. After purchasing a Funko Pop, I noticed damage to the box and asked to switch it out for another one in better condition. The cashier proceeded to laugh in my face and showed the other cashier the damage and said it’s whatever. I asked the cashier if it was an issue to switch it out since he was laughing. Why is laughing at a customer accepted.

Went in for a bday gift for an 8 year old lover of 'Fortnite' and walked away very happy. The very informative staff helped me find what I wanted, upsold other items and was overall very helpful. Seems like the company is on a great trajectory and very customer oriented. Overall, was a great experience.
