I was in dire need of a truck and I had rented one a day prior to wake up to them cancelling the truck. Barely any notice. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't go here they are a waste of time.

Mervat in returns and customer service is HORRIBLE! she's absolutely rude, disrespectful, and horrid to everyone she's comes in contact with. Cannot believe the way she treats her fellow employees and customers. Someone's needs to take this seriously and she needs coaching and lesson on how to treat humans. Absolutely will never return to this Home Depot ever again. I will make sure to avoid her at all costs.

I have shopped for over 50 years at Home Depot and every time I get asked can I help you each and every time. I have never had anyone actually help me. Normally I say what I need and they look at me dumbfounded. Pretty irritating since that says to me "I am just here to make you think I can help you and that we offer service...but I don't know where anything is in this store. For the very first time- I actually got someone who really helped me! Her name is Mimi at 9170 E. Talking Stick Way. She is worth every penny you are paying her and more. The one and only.....Rare Gem in the middle of mediocrity.

This particular location is just ok. Smaller then most and doesn't seem to have much of a selection of outdoor plants. The staff is helpful when needed.Good for a quick trip, check out the larger ones first.

The folks at this home depot are awful for advice. The days of each Home Depot employee knowing more than 1 thing about the section or aisle they cover, is lost. There's about 40 employees, 30 customers and it's impossible to get any service.

I get to the register after 30 minutes of measuring wire on the floor of the store. To be told I don't have a tag and an employee needs to measuring.She gets a measuring tape out, measure 12 inches and starts to count out 50' of cable.Kinking the wire every foot.I lost it and left. I went to another store and bought a $90 spool.

Update. I was told 5 weeks after ordering the shed that it had been lost. Misdelivered and the people put it together and couldn't be retrieved. So I was being sent a new one. A week later I contacted again saying I have not heard anything about my shed. Oh, it's been shipped and I should hear from the carrier soon. Almost two weeks go by, no word. I contact them again. There was never another shed shipped and they don't do that. Home Depot tells me they have to cancel the order and I can place a new one. Only way I'll get my shed from them. The rep's reason was it came from another vendor. As if that makes it ok. So I told him fine, refund my money that should have been refunded weeks before... now should I trust them again with my $2k? Yeah, you're right. I shouldn't. This is what customer service is according to Home Depot.

Steve in plumbing was super helpful, walking me from one section to another to find a lost of items my husband sent me on a mission to buy. If Steve had not helped, it would have taken at least 30 minutes for me, but only the time it took to walk from ppnt A to B to C with him. Thanks Steve, A plus! Please click ? if this was helpful.
