My husband recently came to this location looking for specific humidifiers he'd found on the website. An associate named Dennis helped him look for them until it was discovered they were still packaged in an unloaded pallet high up on the shelving. Dennis didn't hesitate to get a ladder and retrieve them. Husband said he went above and beyond for him and was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Dennis!

Just wow to this Home Depot location! Employees were available to answer questions & help me find what I needed. We just replaced bathroom fixtures & needed round vanity lights. They come in "soft white," "day light," AND "bright white." Seriously?! I really couldn't tell the difference but was advised that "bright white" is optimal for bathrooms. Sounds good to me. We're used to going to a different HD at 36th St & Thomas. There is never ANYONE available to help us & then those who are, have no clue about what HD sells. It is super frustrating. Receiving excellent customer service from friendly, knowledgeable employees is truly a treat! Kudos to the team there. Definitely recommend this location.

Wow everyone was just super friendly at this particular location ! Everyone I came across said hello and was eager to help. I'm so sick and tired of the unfriendly Ace Hardware near me and I just love the vast selection that Home Depot has! Highly recommend this store for all your home supply needs !

I am usually happy with Home Depot at my normal Mesa location but I dealt with an obnoxious employee at this Scottsdale location recently.I was in the lightbulb aisle buying LED lights to replace all of the old inefficient bulbs in my parents’ house that they just bought.I had a question about a bulb. Rather than getting an answer the rep talked at me with a diatribe about how the government is taking away his rights to inefficient light bulbs. Meanwhile the only reason I was there was to buy efficient LED light bulbs. Not too quick on the uptake are we? He also for some reason dove into his complaint about police not arresting people who don’t use their turn signal.I decided to buy the bulbs I had a question about on Amazon.I should have offered him all the inefficient bulbs I was getting rid of. Maybe that’d cool his jets.

NEVER, ever rent from Home Depot if you are on a schedule. I rented a box truck several days before I needed it, and the morning I needed to pick it up they cancelled the reservation because they had rented it to someone the day before and it was no longer available. Go to U-Haul.

This place has the things most people need for anything to do with your home maintenance and repairs.They carry a good line of tools and building products.Most stores offer tak-off services and will bid materials for the whole project!Recommended

Don’t rent from this place, I rented a sander that worked for 5 min and kept shutting off. Called Home Depot and brought it back. Debbie the manager refunded me a portion and didn’t understand I wasted 2 hrs of driving and used the machine for a total of 5 min. Didn’t finish the job and went to Lowe’s to rent another machine. I spend a lot of money with Home Depot but this store is a joke and customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced.

I went to the same store, to the same isle and loaded my paint. Started painting and it wasn't cover as the first 5 gal. We thought we just needed additional coats. The next day the paint was grey. Took the paint back and told them something was wrong with the paint. The dept head told me I bought the one that needed to be tinted. The product has the exact same packaging appearance, displayed right next to the one I bought previously that didn't need tint. NO WHERE DOES IT DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN THE 2 products. On the website it does not differentiate. I asked that the paint be replaced, the department head agreed to replace it. The assistant, and general store manager said NO they said I could buy another 5 gal with 50% off. They said I should have known, that paint customers always ask for opinions on what

Bought 5 gallons of paint, I needed a hat so my hair wouldn’t get spray paint particles. Asked 4 different employees for hats, I went all over the place that they directed me. Then 1 employee said the must have sold out. So I called to speak to customer service to check on simple paint hats and he told me to look online. What kind of service is this???

I had three different employees send me on wild goose chases all over the store for very ordinary items and none of them could find them. Then at the checkout the only option was self-checkout and the machine was malfunctioning. I asked one of the attendants for assistance and he was very berating instead of six-year-old could work this better than I could. He was a short little older gentleman with dark hair who seemed very angry at life. When I got home I called to speak to the store manager but they said he had gone for the day and it was only 4:30. He did call me back and left a message and I called him the next day telling him I'd like to share my experience with him but I never heard from him again. Customer service is just becoming a thing of the past I suppose...

We stopped at Home Depot last evening after dinner. Just wanted to look around and pick out some items for an upcoming project. We wandered the appliance department for a good 20 minutes. Not once were we approached by an associate to see if we needed assistance or had any questions. Although there were two associates just sitting at their desks doing who knows what on their computers right in the same area. Not a hello or a hi. Very strange!

Customer service has gone down hill. People that work there with the knowledge to actually help people is not there any more. Home depot has gone down hill because they won't hire the right people including managers should know what to stock.

The Home Depot at 90th Street and Shea has, hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have gone to many other Home depots and gotten far better customer service then I have at 90th Street. It has gotten increasingly worse. Since when does a hardware store like Home Depot not have somebody on staff that is certified to cut wood in the lumber department!? When I asked, they told me nobody was available for 30 minutes. I waited and it was past the 30 minute point and I flagged down two Home Depot employees who said that they were unable to help me and that I had to take my 12 ft section of oak all the way back to the front of the store and request it be cut by customer service. Have you ever hauled a 12 ft piece of wood through a hardware store.. not an easy feat. Every time I go in that store I leave angry and with a tremendous amount of anxiety not to mention, they make me feel like killing somebody.. metaphorically. Suffice it to say I will never, ever go back to this particular store. And I urge you to not go to 90th Street and Shea either because there will not be anybody there who can or is willing to help you.
