I normally go to the on on Scottsdale Rd. but they seemed busy, so I drove to the on on McDowell. It was worth the extra mile. They were quick and my headlight was out and I bought it at AutoZone with the hopes of my youngest son changing it out. When I asked if they would change it they said yes at no charge! Thank you! I will definitely be coming back. Great service!

I recommend and will come back to this location. It’s a little further, but I’m willing to travel for quality customer service. The location on Rural near Broadway in Tempe is rude af!The team on McDowell in Scottsdale is courteous. They answered my questions and they went the extra mile (no pun intended) to create the best experience possible. Excellent experience! All the employees were very kind, hardworking and professional. They not only changed my oil but cleaned my windshield and vacuumed my car as well. Definitely recommend calling ahead because they get busy at certain times but Gibson will give you a true estimated wait time. It is hard to find good people that enjoy what they do and also do a great job, but this Jiffy Lube has it all. Thank you all so much again!! I will be coming back:)Service: Oil change

Ryan is such a wholesome sweet guy, he wants to take care of everyone and has the best intentions to get the job done and do it right! I will drive to this jiffy lube just to have Ryan work on my car! 5 stars!

They're fast, convenient and reliable. They dont try to upsell you on stuff, they will let you know if something is broken like a cv axle and they send you off with clean windows. Pretty solid.

I was impressed from start to finish with the professionalism at this location. All three employees that I interacted with were very friendly. As soon as I pulled up, they communicated how many vehicles were ahead of me and approximately how long it would take. I highly recommend this location.Service: Oil change

Actual techs were great and did their job, guy informing you of services suggested and how much, customer service was bad! Could hardly hear him, he wasn't very helpful and probably shouldn't be doing this job, he seems to not care. Won't be going back to this location didn't feel like I was in good hands.Services: Oil change

They got us in and out quickly, were not pushy in attempts to up sell additional services and the guy who greeted us and charged us at the end went out of his way to be kind and helpful. I will keep going back to this location.Service: Oil change

Manager brenden was 45 minutes late to open today. I waited outside with other customers and Jiffy Lube staff members who were eager to see how this is not a rare occurrence. Apparently management is typically late, no one even had a phone number to reach management and see an ETA. Called later and spoke to manager who said “well I drive an hour to work”. Guess what? I have to drive 2 hours to work today and you just caused me to be an hour late!I had been a monthly customer at this specific McDowell Jiffy Lube location for almost 5 years now. They lost my business today.Services: Oil change

Worst customer service. The mechanic came out with an attitude and said due to short staff it would be over an hour to have my oil changed. I asked if I would be able to wait and he rolled his eyes and said just park and we will get to you when we can and sighed. I told him it sounded like he was too busy and overwhelmed so it was ok then muttered under his breath as he walked away

If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my boyfriend got our oil changed here on our car before a 7.5 hour drive to California. Upon our arrival the oil pressure light came on alerting us there was no oil in the car, which came as a surprise because we had just had the oil changed the day before. Luckily we took it to another shop and they confirmed the oil filter was not put on correctly and the car was leaking oil the entire time. We were put in contact with Frank, the Operations Manager, and he told us that he would be able to reimburse us for costs associated with this catastrophe. We have been trying to get in touch with him for a refund for over a week and our calls have not been returned. If you value you and your family’s safety on the road I would run as far away as possible from this Jiffy Lube.

Everyone was nice, friendly and quick. I've never had to wait more than an hour for them to finish with my car and today was no exception.
