my work schedule is pretty inconvenient because i work during business hours so by the time i get off most places are closed. the day i went however i got off a bit earlier than usual and noticed my check engine light was on. it was 30 minutes until the store closed so in a panic i called and was like "hey if i can get there in 10 minutes could you do a quick oil change for me even though you're about to close" and the guy that answered was the only one there and he said yes. when i got there he was so nice and didn't get annoyed or frustrated with me. he got me in and out really fast and didn't overcharge me or look down on me. i'm a long time customer but i just got a new car so i haven't taken that specific car to a jiffy lube yet and i'm also new to this area so i haven't been to this store yet and didn't know what oil was put in last time it was changed so i was a bit clueless and flustered but the guy working was super patient and told me what i should get. shout out to him it was a great experience

I don't trust this business. I noticed on my invoice they fill the windshield wiper fluid, check tire pressure, etc. but I'm not sure how there was time as my car was in the back for no more than 5 minutes. So I called, and he assured me all that had been done. Well, it wasn't! No water, tires low, and so now after being talked into $138 oil, I don't believe they even used the higher quality oil. Next time I'll take to a busier, more reputable place.

Jiffy Lube's are my favorite. Came in for an oil check and Jose was able to help me immediately. I always appreciate how kind the staff are. Great location, highly recommend.

I currently have a broken leg so I figured that pulling up to Jiffy Lube would be OK to stay in my vehicle little did I know I was met with the manager who told me that that was unacceptable and I would need to get out of my car. I let them know that it would be OK if they drove it in, but I would like to get back into my vehicle while they performed the oil change and I was told that that was unacceptable and to leave . This place is trash, avoid at all cost.

I needed a new place to get an oil change and thought I would stop by in the area. I have never encountered such a rude employee in my entire life. When I pulled there was no one to be found, then once someone walked about he starts yelling at me to get out of car and yells at me to go in the office. Services were not explained, just tells me its about to be $100. Pretty much almost in tears because of how rude the staff was. Never coming here again.Service: Oil change

I called several days in advance and told them year and make of truck. I asked if they had oil and fuel filters available. Was told everything is here and to bring my truck in. Mechanics started to change the oil, but they did not have an oil filter for truck. I had one that I provided to them. Then I was told they have no fuel filters. OK... skip that. Eventually they finished with the oil change, I paid ($196!! including a $32.00 charge to tighten oil drain plug!!) and left. Next morning I checked my receipt and many items where checked off as being done but they were not. "Vacuumed floors" - there was dirty, oily boot marks on my carpet. "Windshield washer fluid" topped off - wrong again! "Inflate tires F35/R35" - I have external TPMS that need a special tool to remove AND I keep my tires at F60/R70. They did not wash exterior windows as noted. Battery water said that I have maintenance free batteries - I do not, so I know that wasn't checked. But the very WORST thing was when I checked the oil dip stick, there was NO oil showing. I immediately returned to Jiffy Lube to complain. Jose took care of it by adding 3 MORE quarts of oil and topped off the windshield washer fluid. Ridiculous. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using this store!EDIT:After talking to a Jiffy Lube represenitive, I am happy to announce that Jiffy Lube has refunded my total bill. Overpriced. Not the greatest customer service experience. Quarters stolen from coin holder from door. Didn’t perform all the checkmarks on the paper. No communication on what they check off on. Said wiper blides were fine. Total lie as i need new ones. Just Wasnt feeling it. Will take my business elsewhere, where I’m appreciated and valued as a customer. They’re do the bare minimum and thats it. F this place.Service: Oil change

Just needed a simple oil change and they did it super fast and were great with communicating. Just a heads up, online it says you can ask for an estimate and it will send it to location--THATS NOT AN APPOINTMENT, they're first come first serve. The website makes it a little confusing. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the location itself.

This location tried ripping me off to the tune of $107 for a signature oil change on a 20 year old truck with 107,000 miles on it. There is no other determination than the manager at this location was trying to gouge me on this service. Go to Walmart folks - you won't have to worry about any ridiculous upselling or being ripped off.Service: Oil change

The location on McDowell was open when I arrived but I was told that I could not get an oil change because the other employees had not arrived yet. This was at 8 minutes past opening time.I ended up having to drive 20 minutes out of my way to another location.I would not recommend Jiffy Lube as they obviously don’t have a clue about how to properly run a business.Service: Oil change

I got my oil changed here well passing through town. Everyone there was super nice. All of the guys took care of you. I highly recommend going to this Jiffy Lube over any other one. Everyone is super knowledgeable and very very accommodating. I had a very good experience at this, Jiffy Lube. I wish I could remember the names of the employees to give them a shout out but unfortunately I cannot. So I just want to say everyone there was awesome.

They left my oil cap open with no screws , it fell in the highway and broke , now it’s 50$ for a new one and of course installation fee , never coming back there again , thanks for risking my family’s life !

They were friendly and did not pressure sales which was greatly appreciated. My biggest complaint is it took 45 minutes for simple oil change while there was only 1 other car and multiple staff sitting around.
