Milton and Thor knocked this oil change out so fast and with no issues. Milton helped me out so much with his customer service. They were short staffed but made it work. By being short staffed they can’t always get to the phone in a timely manner but they are providing wonderful service to another customer. They also offered military discount. So if you’re in the area just stop on by and get an oil change.

This place would easily be 5 stars due to the manager, can't remember his name, had a beard. However, I was greeted by Mike/Michael, easily one of the worst experiences of customer service I've ever had, a total curmudgeon of a human who should never, ever be client interfacing. For some reason he was completely flustered, I was the second car of the morning. Mike/Michael was condescending, rude, visibly irritated when asking me the very basic questions that they require to check me in. If I were the owners, Mike/Michael would stay in the underground pit changing oil, leave the customer service to the manager with the beard. I will turn around next time if this sour puss is working.

I went in for a synthetic oil change, the man told me they didn't have the filter or tool and that no jiffy lube would be able to help me. I have had my oil changed 5 times all at jiffy lubes with this car and my boyfriend used to work at one, therefore I know the tools are there. Will be going to Jackson's from now on, did everything for me with a smile.

Shout out to the team working on 11/17/23. Getting an oil change can be a chore. But the positive attitude of all the employees made a mundane task enjoyable. Watching them find joy and laughter, at the end of a long Friday I’m sure, is the reason I will come back.
