I visited Kohls on Northsight on Sunday March 26. I could not find a clerk to wait on me. I decided to approach the cashier. She closed the register and helped me. Unfortunately the product was out of stock. She found the manager who guaranteed the coupon price.I appreciate the dedication of these two persons It made my trip to Kohls worthwhile.

Lots of clothing and dresses were very plentiful. I did not visit the other departments this time. Just bought a team tshirt and jelly belly

The staff are friendly, and helpful but I have never shopped there. But I have been here four, or five, times to return Amazon products.

Decent store but often not stocked well. Recently all of the artwork on the walls was removed. They must be reorganizing this store. The jewelry section has already been removed and replaced with Sephora. Parking lot is huge.

We had a return. The customer service clerk told me that since we had used Kohls Cash, our refund would be reduced by the $10 certificate. I tried and tried to explain that was nonsense as the Kohls Cash was applied against the retail price and that we should have the exact about of the purchase refunded. He said nope, and handed me the refund receipt. I have always hated how the issue you Kohls Cash but require it be spent the following week or it's gone. So many other and better options to shop.

Nor written by name above but by ..shir b..Written only for store on 19th ave bell rd, phoenix.Not what it use to be, too many chiefs not enough helpful clerks or cashiers. Chiefs walk around makes you feel uncomfortable. No purpose ! No one could answer questions. Spoke with a male Manager on phone who took my concerns and addressed them, thank you for that, unfortunately he was not in store the day I came back in to do my shopping, so the acting , female, manager would not accommodate his promises. Was rude,, as well.I bought what I needed but will try another vendor in the future. . Noproblems with customer service. Shir b.

25 parking spaces reserved for handicapped customers and several more reserved for various reasons. Better catch an Uber or Lyft if you want to shop here. But seriously Kohls is an inconvenient shopping experience as once you complete your hike to get in, you are sure to have trouble if you need help. This store is perpetually understaffed so waiting in line is sure to happen. Example, Kohls has an Amazon return counter that is designed for two workers. The January 31st deadline to return holiday purchases snuck up on Kohls management. One worker was on duty to help folks waiting in a line that extender almost to the front of the store. No thanks Kohls, not even tempted to shop after an hour long wait to return my Amazon purchase. I think they could do a better job of making Kohls an enjoyable shopping experience. They just don't realize a need to staff better.

Store is often out of stock and very low staffing levels. We go to Desert Ridge along with a lot of other Scottsdale folk if you really want something. Loosing lots of business from Scottsdale.

Went to return two comforters that we bought on line last week. Had the recent and the credit card and email order co formations and the guy could find one of the comforters on the receipt … well the computer couldn’t. First it said purchase date was too long ago (last week right!) anyway it took about 20-25 min but finally got it done. Frustrating. This is why I use Amazon more and more.

This store. All Kohl's stores are lacking since I rated them a year ago. This particular store on Raintree in Scottsdale isn't a friendly store, unless of course you're dressed to the nine's. I was trying to find a jacket for my husband for a camping trip but they don't have any!!!!!! I was in camping clothes and getting looks from all snobs. TO TOP IT OFF THIS STORE ISN'T DISABLED PEOPLE FRIENDLY. THEN SOMEONE STOLE ONE OF MY CRUTCHES WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED IF MAYBE SOMEONE TURNED IT IN I WAS TOLD THERE WASN'T ANYTHIMG IN RETURNS. I SAID WHY WOULD IT BE IN RETURNS I DIDN'T BUY IT THERE I WAS SNAPPED AT AND TOLD THAT'S WHERE IT WOULD BE. YOU PEOPLE DON'T HAVE A LOST AND FOUND??!! I LOVED THE LADY WHO WAS BLOCKING MY WAY TO ASK A QUESTION OF AN EMPLOYEE WHO MUTTERED OH THEY'RE LETTING HOMELESS PEOPLE SHOP HERE NOW? NEVER GOING BACK.

Very rude store manager was waiting to start my delivery job was pulled over in the parking lot not wanting to use my phone while driving. Manager lady drives up to me in her charcoal jeep and give me an evil look I role down my window and ask how can I help you. She ask me what I am doing there I said safely using my phone for work. She is very rude and talk about some homeless people being around I wonder what that has to do with me and realize that she is saying i am homeless and giving me attitude for no good reason. Very very rude as I was doing nothing but taking a few minutes to use my phone. I actually shop at kohls and spend over 500 at Christmas for my family out of state. No more though I will take my business else where and advise my family which consist of 3 doctors a nurse and 1 millionairist sis to also shop else where. Horrible service
