Buyer beware! If you have a progressive lense script, your lenses may come back with blurry sections; mine is left/right blurry and am unable to safely drive in them.I paid almost $900 for frames and lenses and am being told “that how progressives are.” I have never had a pair of progressives with lenses blurred (4 glasses 8 years progressives) until now.

I just had a great experience getting my glasses repaired. They fit better now than they did before they were broken. Rachael is a gem and a wonderful employee!

Unfortunately there a was a mix up with the time of my appointment and the front desk told me one time and unbeknownst me I was scheduled at a different time so I waited 30 minutes to be seen. I mentioned the long wait to the eye doctor and instead of acknowledging the long wait time which was due to a mix up with the appointment time he was immediately defensive and angry. He began accusing me of “vilifying” him instead of acknowledging the mix up which was not his or my fault but the fault of the front desk. I became nervous he wouldn’t provide good care because he was overly defensive and ultimately couldn’t get past the mix up and claimed the “a bad tone” was set for the exam. I had to get a refund and leave. Huge waste of everyone’s time.

Ben helped me out and gave me amazing service! I went in with a little bit of a tricky situation to try and fix my glasses and get new lenses but he was able to do it all and it just made my day! He was like a magician. I really appreciated his help and would definitely go back just to have him help me again! Thank you Ben!!

I came in on Friday looking for a new pair of glasses. Everyone inside was super nice and accommodating as soon as you walk in. Ben helped me, he was super helpful, and a very dedicated person to his work!

I sat on my new glasses! :( The frame was bent and one of the lenses " fishing line" broke. I spur of the moment took them in to the store and they fixed them right away! I was very happy. Highly recommend their store for customer service.

awful service. spent several hundred dollars just to get the wrong prescription and they told me to “grow into them” when I tried and one week later made a complaint they discharged me as a client. wouldn’t recommend

Love this LensCrafters. They are always so kind and helpful. Brisa is always there and is such a friendly face. She is A1 with adjusting and just extremely pleasant to work with.
