No lines, not super busy, excellent customer service found what we needed. Restrooms were in good shape and assessable. This store always seems to have what I need.We got a water mister for $25 . My only complaint is that it was a little too warm for me like maybe they needed to turn up the A/C but that’s AZ for you this time of year also.

Just moved close to this Lowe's and very disappointed. Numerous trips after checking the website to make sure they have stock and yet nothing was there when I arrived. My wife returned some stuff for store credit and I returned days later to get stuff and they wouldn't let me use it because my driver's license didn't match the person who got the credit?! Seriously? Only my wife can use it? From now on I'll drive a little farther to Home Depot.

They must be understaffed and over worked these days. Walked in looking for a basic tool kit. Walked around the tool area looking without finding any basic kits. Saw a worker helpinging another customer walked around the aisle and by the time I got back to them, he was gone. Caught up to him asking him for a "Basic tool kit". He point in the direction of the tools as he walked away saying two brands were on sale. I went in that general direction again not finding any basic sets. Caught up to him again and asked him to show me. As he walked he said he pointed where the drill sets were. I said a basic tool set. His response was what kind of tools. After saying a basic one with hammer, screwdrivers, plyers. He said that I wasn't clear the first time. He didn't give me a chance. Then had to move other tools aside to find the only one they offered. As again he walked away. Both times he stopped to quickly respond to another customer before walking away from them.

Calling on the sales associate is a bluff period. Walk in there try to buy a refrigerator walk out without one because they're inadequate to get me a refrigerator with cash in my hand act like I'm not even there ignore me wrong customer to ignore because now I'm shopping elsewhere

I happened to be at that location to meet my sister's to ride share while i was waiting as I ship there to get my father's day gifts brought a funny card as they laughed about as I pictured j had taken a picture of that !? Oh well ?, brought my self Pepsi ? cherri soda a strawberry licorice and gifts and I also work for Lowe's Home Improvement ? in Tempe, Arizona is a great way to ship for your home and gifts ???? ??? ?I was on my way up to Cave Creek to celebrate Father 's day ??? ??? Worst online order system. It’s a guessing game whether is in a lock box at CS desk or they just send one item here and another to another store. Wait for CS is beyond ridiculous and when you try to call them calls get dropped when transferred.

Super understaffed. And when you do find someone, they’re rarely helpful. The only person who was helpful to me (and knowledgeable) was a man who worked in the window and door area. Other than him, no one seems to know what they’re doing or where they’re supposed to be. They delivered a dented fridge - no one contacted me back. Have tried to purchase other things such as baseboards, paint etc. No one’s ever there to help. They won’t cut anything either. And forget curbside pickup, it takes so long for them to even answer the phone when you arrive, you could go in and get what you need yourself in less time.

The young Lady in appliances was more than helpful. Gina, Jean? I was looking for a Wall unit with the filter that removes to the left to replace. Unable to find at Home Depot. She opened the box to validate it did. FYI Most AC Walls Units have a filter that removes to the right.

The lady who runs the carpet / turf department is awful at her job. She went missing for over 45 minutes. The poor guy who was helping couldn’t find her anywhere to help us. We even had them call for her over the speaker. Awful. Not to mention she said she’s leaving in 10 mins and was annoyed that we were a little irritated once she came out from hiding in the back. She knew we wanted turf cut, sent us to the garden area knowing they didn’t have the size we were looking for… and then ran off when we came back. So unprofessional. Other people around us had been waiting a long time as well. Talking to other employees about how it’s not her problem after we were walking out and over heard her.

I work in retail and I have never been so disrespected by someone in my life. Walked up to Rick and another worker asked them a question straight to their faces and they totally ignored me as he was showing his coworker a video of something unprofessional on his personal cell phone. I couldn't believe the disrespect being blatantly ignored. How embarrassing and humiliating, being totally ignored while asking a question by two workers. I just stood there and they didn't say a word to me, as they exchanged words very unprofessional and rude. Say hi to Rick the dick in the gardening section for me thanks!

A while back, I bough a washer from this store. Then we bought the extended warranty. In April, it stopped working. We filed a claim. They came out and said it needed a new control board and we had to wait a couple of weeks for it. They replaced it and it worked. Well, now it's stopped working again. Exact same symptoms. A filed a claim on 5/25. They scheduled a technician on 5/30. Then I get a not particularly civil text saying they (lowes plan people) don't do our scheduling, we'll come out on 6/2. Ok. I guess. Then I get a message on 5/31. They can't come out until best week. So I contacted the lowes protection plan people. They tell me no, someone will come service it today (5/31) or tomorrow(6/1). Well, I still haven't heard from anyone. So I contracted them again. 3 weeks to Come look at something they already "repaired" but is not working again seems kind of messed up. They basically told me sorry we can't help you, take it up with the company that does the actual repairs. What? So i said, fine, where do I file a complaint. I'd have a chance in the survey after my chat with them. Ok, send me to the survey so I can't start my complaint. What was her response? My chat was suddenly ended with no survey. I'm sure it was an "accident". If this is the way Lowe's backs the things they sell, I'm starting to think I should have gone elsewhere. Buyer beware, I guess. They don't even deserve the 1 star, but that's the only way to post this.

This is our favorite Lowe's to go to. It's down the way from a grocery store as well as several fast food restaurants it's quick and easy to get into and out of. The stores laid out nicely it's open it's clean it's airy. The employees are always nice and helpful and we can always find what we need very easily.

The guys that had to go out of their way and use the forklift to help me, they did their jobs like veterans! You don't receive good customer service anymore. So I appreciate it when I'm treated like any customer, in every business, should be treated! Thank you goodnight!?

Had a good experience this evening. The staff members that were there on the floor were helpful and were in a good mood. They were patient too, which helps in hardware stores. And one of the ladies helped me with the pricing of an item that was incorrect and she was very good with customer service. It is always nice when you have helpful staff who are in a good mood and being positive towards customers. Makes it worth the trip. Thanks Team.

I purchased an outdoor patio set from this location. Was told it would be delivered on Saturday 2/4/23. The delivery showed up but was told my patio table was missing, they could not deliver because it was damaged. I had called the company to see what happen as I never received a call about the table being damage. I called the store, which gave me the number to the warehouse. So I called them and they mentioned that the table was damage and they had ordered a new one. The new one would be delivered on Sunday 2/5/23, no problem. I later received a call stating the table would be delivered on Monday and someone would call me with a window time for delivery. So I rearranged my schedule so at least someone would be here to receive the delivery. I also paid for all items to be assembled, I never received a call for the time frame for my table to be delivered. Luckily it showed up about 12:30pm, but it was not assembled. The delivery man dropped of a box and stated they do not put those together. They had me signed that it was delivered and left. So, I paid for a product and the company was sure to take funds but didn't fulfill the expectation on their part. Let alone, I was rescheduled multiple times and minimal communication on my purchase. Would not recommend Lowe's to anyone!
