Purchased an upright freezer with free delivery and paid $50 for haul-away of old freezer.It was delivered on schedule from the Lowe's Warehouse by Lowe's delivery men, and not their sub-contractor delivery service.Problem was upon leaving the delivery driver said he doesn't have room for the haul-away and they will come tomorrow for it and call first.I asked, "Do you promise?". He said, "yes". He left it in my driveway.They didn't call or come and getting through to someone to help was a nightmare. They said their records indicate that it was hauled away.I said, "My driveway with a freezer on it indicates differently". I have no faith that they will pick it up and I have arranged for it to be hauled away. Now I'm fighting with Lowe's to get my $50 haul-away fee refunded.I won't purchased anything again that Lowe's has to deliver and haul-away.

I have to agree with the previous review regarding appliances. They would not accept an unopened mini refrigerator two weeks later, they regard it as a “major” appliance and refused a return even with a receipt. Customers can only return within 48 hours unless you are a “preferred” customer I.e., buying on Lowe’s credit card. Guess where I am buying that 48” refrigerator I need soon?

Never buy appliances from Lowes.The entire experience was a disaster.The appliance department staff is incredibly lacking in knowledge regarding their own inventory.They sell you parts you don't need and don't sell you the ones you do.The "installation" is all done through third party contractors. They left without installing the stove completely and told me I needed to buy an additional piece. Turns out I didn't, they just had no idea what they were doing. I ended up doing it myself. The guy literally said "I didn't want to leave you with a gas leak, so you need to go buy this part". Ho nice of him.The fridge we ordered didn't show up with the other appliances. We were told the system showed as us having taken it home with us.The dishwasher took over three weeks. We paid $150 for that installation. That was again done through a third party company. This one was called Prism AV. They are a home theater company..... They did not install our dishwasher even close to properly. It was completely uneven, not secured at all. It also stuck out about 3 inches. Again, I ended up installing it myself.Lowe's is a joke. Please shop elsewhere for your appliances.

Called 5 times to get through to the kitchen cabinet department today and got hung up on each time. Ordered cabinets on February 2nd and still waiting on delivery (June 27th) of some of them. Get the run around each time with Lowe’s and Shamrock (the install team). Cabinets were not installed straight, most of them are damaged, and no person available to come out and fix them. When you pay close to $30k, you expect decent service. Don’t ever buy kitchen cabinets from Lowe’s. In addition, if you attempt to return a new, unused item after 30 days, they will not give you a refund nor credit. Home Depot will get my business from now on.

I contacted Lowe's at 7:00 a.m. this morning, I inquired about a 4-foot by 8-foot piece of plywood for my bed. I spoke with Mark Southard the manager of the pro builders and contractors department on Scottsdale road in North Scottsdale. He is so nice and so kind, the arranged for me to pay for my purchase over the phone and have it ready for pick up before 10:00 p.m. tonight. This man is truly a shining example of their are people out there that are kind, caringprofessional and nice.Plus he discounted my purchase of that I am grateful for being a retiree on social security disability. This store has consistently been stocked, willing and able to accommodate!Albert and Tyler were a tremendous help with all my Tile questions and needs and made me feel confident with my project. They went above and beyond to grab a cart, load it and get me rung up and on my way.I have been coming to this Lowes since 2020 and have never been disappointed, thank you for keeping Customer service alive!

I bought a refrigerator at this store and from start to finish I couldn’t have had better service and support. The salesperson, whose name escapes me, was knowledgeable and helpful, the guys who delivered and installed it, Alex and Jesus, were excellent and helpful and well informed. Really a wonderful experience of a chore I’d been dreading! Thanks sooo much!

Great, clean store! If I ever need something of higher quality, I always skip Home Depot and head straight to this location.Also, the employees are SUPER HELPFUL. I was struggling with a blind replacement, and the 2 women working the blinds section took the time to look at my pictures of the window, the dimensions, drew out some plans, and educated me on all the tools I need. I learned what a Palladian shelf is!10/10, 100/100. This location is great.

Dennis in the garden section was amazing! I meant to fill out the survey but lost the receipt. I even set alexa reminders to fill it out but lost the darn thing. He was very kind and very helpful..made my day!

I have always had great service at this Lowe's. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I used to go to Home Depot, but could never get anyone to help me. I will continue to spend my money at this Lowe's because I have never had an unpleasant experience.

Eric helped me yesterday with a water softener system and his level of knowledge and expertise made me feel like I was buying the right product. Listen, I didn’t even come in to the store to buy a water softener - I came in to buy a screw! Lol. This was also not a salesmen or someone trying to make commission. He just answered my questions because I had been interested in buying one. I love this Lowe’s, I come to this location almost every weekend since I bought my first house last year, and felt now is the time to leave a review. Thanks Eric for coming out of retirement and helping me with my questions. Hope to see you again!

The front desk customer supervisor (Stephanie) was super helpful regarding an issue that we had out of state. She was kind of enough to call the Lowes in Sarasota Florida and fix the price adjustment issue for us. That was super nice of her. I will be using this store for all construction needs from now on.

I’m already a big fan of Lowe’s in general but this is by far my favorite location they have as well! They are always very helpful and professional with all business affairs and the staff are really down to earth and just make the whole experience easy, and no problems or hassles. terrible location !!! can't believe this how u treat Scottsdale Customersbeen on the phone for 20 min going back and forth . can't get no help for shingles !!!! the manager Denise needs to do a better job managing this location and her employees to help us customers correctly .I bet Home Depot don't take 20 min to help me !
