This location is very good at keeping inventory up to date. The website gives accurate locations of items within the store, as well as accurate in/out of stock information. Garden center has a large variety of plants, fertilizers, and tools. Staff in each department have always been very knowledgeable.

Clean, big, and is laid out well. Easy to find what your looking for. Employee's are very helpful.

Just NO! save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else. This place is 100% self check, the person watching self check refuses to assist. they are belligerent, rude, and have no business in a customer role. Self-check has a 99% chance of needing help. Either get some actual cashiers or forget it. I walked out and left my items. Its obvious you do not want customers.

My mom, uncle and I were in this store for 30 min. Not one person willing to help. Typically Scottsdale! I won't be returning at all.

This location is badly managed. I went to Pick up an order on 5/14, was the only customer in line, 3 employees standing there talking, a short female employee (looked like the manager at the pick up kiosk) looks at me and sees how dissatisfied my face is so she says will be with you shortly and continue to talk to the other employees. Unprofessional attitude. I’m seriously considering not doing any business with Lowe’s till they figure their customer service part out.

Had an extremely bad experience with Sean a “manager” and Monica in appliances. I came into the store needing a new fridge because mine went out. This was somewhat of an urgent matter because I have a 6 month old baby that we breast feed and we need something right away to keep the breast milk cold. If you have ever had a baby you MNOW how valuable breast milk is! While in the refrigerator section walking around for 30mins and not getting approached for help I eventually interrupted Monica’s conversation at her computer. Mind you she had been at her computer the entire time just talking. When I did finally decide to interrupt I only asked her to call someone to help me because we found the fridge and were ready to buy. Her answer was to tell me “I will get to you after I’m done”. So my wife, my 6 month old son and I continued to walk around the fridge section for another 15mins with no help and watched Monica keep having her conversation. Now my son is scream crying and I am getting frustrated as I am sure the rest of the store was hearing my son cry I asked once again Monica can you please call someone to help me? She told me to stop being rude and she would help when she is done. I could not believe this response and asked why wont you call someone to help me I have a screaming baby and I just need to know how to pay for this fridge. So she then called a manager…not for help but to say I was rude. Another 10 mins pass Sean came walked right past me, ignored me as I asked if he was the manager and went straight to Monica. After he came up to me and his first response…”So you are the rude guy what do you want”.
Lowe’s is this how you train your staff to act? Is this acceptable for you guys and how you treat customers?
I passed Home Depot, Target and a local Appliance store Spencer’s to get to Lowes because I normally have a great experience here. All of these other places were way closer.
So now I am at Spencer’s Appliance store swiping my card for a fridge and they matched your price. Honestly disappointed.

SImilar to Home Depot with a similar selection of products. Similar pricing too. We bought a new faucet there recently, their selection was better, imho, than Home Depot. Pleasant employees. They have a lot of nice things.

The absolute worst experience ever! I would caution people who purchase flooring from Lowe’s. I would recommend choosing another flooring place. I would rate zero if I could. Absolutely unacceptable service! Never again!

Windows installation!
If you’re looking to get your windows installed by Lowe’s expect the work to be done by up to six months if anything goes wrong!!!
The installer did a good job, but the order of 3 incorrect/damaged windows took the store 6 months to re-order! I will not do any projects with Lowe’s again.

Well stocked & Clean - Cashier was very helpful... if you have a Lowes Card you should be automatically enrolled in new rewards program.
