These guys were a huge help! Smashed my iPhone 14 and was not able to do the data transfer to the new replacement phone because the screen was not operational. They were able to install a temporary screen and did the data transfer for me. Thanks again!

VERY UNSAFE! I took my phone here and they requested my password. They make you sign things about confidentiality. But I did not want to give my password, I unlock the phone when I was present and the guy took my phone inside, I don't know if he download my images or if he cloned my iCloud account! I am gonna have to change my account, my iPhone is kinda weird since that!

Mac Masters is great. We have taken our phones here before, Great technician, Cameron was very friendly. Fixed all issues with battery performance with both phones and seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing. We will always come back here!

Don’t go here!! Go to an actual certified trained professional! These are untrained individuals using nongenuine parts !!! Parts might affect the safety of the device or functionality of the display. Apple displays are designed to fit precisely within the device. Additionally, repairs that don't properly replace screws or cowlings might leave behind loose parts that could damage the battery, cause overheating, or result in injury. A nongenuine display might cause compatibility or performance issues. For example, an issue might arise after an iOS software update that contains display updates.
If a service provider uses nongenuine display parts, the following might also occur:
Multi-Touch issues
Multi-Touch might not respond on parts of the screen
Degraded Multi-Touch performance, such as missed screen touches or touches not registering in the right location
Touches might unexpectedly register during a phone call
Display might not turn off during phone calls
Accidental edge or palm touches might register
Display brightness and color issues
True Tone display doesn't function correctly
Lost or degraded function of the ambient light sensor, causing the screen to dim or brighten incorrectly
Incorrect display color calibration, such as the display to appearing too yellow or blue
Display isn't uniformly bright
Lower maximum brightness
Unintentional battery drain.

They were fantastic and were able to squeeze both my husband and I in right when we came in so that we weren't stuck without phones. Cameron in the front was fantastic, knowledgable, and pleasant to talk to. The tech did a great job and best of all, our phones work now!
