Love the product choice. These kids at the store dont know what they are doing. Also surprisingly geek squad will install it too, and for less.

Terrible Customer service from Magnolia/Best Buy. Hard to reach, unresponsive. 20.00 per month gets you know-where or very little.

Use geek squad total tech support. Much cheaper people. Save yourself from the Used car salesman mentality magnolia seems to have.

Take this advice from a 9 year employee. The product is good and the installers are good. Beware of inexperienced commission sales people and managers! Go in there doing your research first. They often steer you into what they can get paid on more instead of same product in your budget range. Also be aware of the install pricing. They work within a cost range and charge ALOT more then there own geek squad services to have someone from the same company install it. If you are paying for services demand that only a project manager and NOT a salesman walk your home to prevent the surprise of costly missed items or services after you already paid so much.
