My wife and I had to exchange our mattress. We knew it was going to be a big hassle. So, we reluctantly walked into the store to start the process and were greeted by Lori. She was awesome!!! She helped us pick out a new mattress and went above and beyond to get our other mattress exchanged. We are very happy with our mattress and even happier that we got to work with Lori.

I was so excited after trying the Purple Hybrid Premier 4 mattress. I tested at a home show and twice at the Mattress Firm showroom. It was far outside of my abilities to afford at over $4,000 but I was told a refurbished mattress could be available at a discounted price. I saved for a long time and was told this mattress was finally available at $2,800 from the outlet. I had no idea they don't warranty from the outlet and I couldn't lay on it before I received it. The mattress I got has no support, it's lumpy and not the quality I experienced in their showroom. I was told I had to use it 60 days for it to be a good mattress but after 4 days I am in so much pain I can't last that long. It has brought back my sacroiliac joint disfunction, my neck and shoulders are in agonizing pain, and my head is killing me which also has caused nausea. I haven't slept more than 5 hours each night. I am stuck with this horrible trash and it's too heavy for me to move. I don't have enough money to purchase another mattress. I am going to sleep on a blow up mattress just so I can get some sleep and figure out how I am going to get rid of this horrible mattress. I look at my bed and I want to cry.

Alaan is fantastic. He went over and above to find my mattress and staying within my budget. He spent weeks doing it. He was determined to see me as a happy customer and he did it!!!!!!

I purchased a very expensive mattress set in April 2023 from Mattress Firm (not the Silverstone location). At the time I purchased it, I was not inclined to spend as much money as I did, but the sales representative assured me that if the mattress did not work out, I could return it and she would not charge me the restock fee. (The mattress alone cost $5,600.) She only asked that I try it for 30 days. She stated she did not want to put the no restock fee agreement in the contract because it would not look good to corporate. I agreed. I kept my word and used the mattress double the time she requested. It is not a fit for me. I called the Silverstone store today because the sales rep was at this store. She did not seem happy from the get-go that I wanted to return the mattress. And also told me that she was under new management, so she might not be able to keep her word. I became upset. I told her if Mattress Firm did not stand by its/her word, I would report to the BBB. Her attitude changed, my attitude changed, and I said a bad word once. I apologized twice - and asked for her forgiveness, which she said she would not give. I explained that her attitude did not help the situation, as well as her not standing by what she/Mattress Firm agreed to. An apology was due from each of us. But she was unwilling to accept mine or to apologize for her attitude almost from the beginning of the call. Salespeople set the tone. You can have a customer for life with compassion and understanding or create a reactive situation, which is what happened here. That having been said, I am responsible for my own actions regardless of another's, but it's amazing how different the tone is when you're purchasing and item and when you're returning it. (FYI I am only returning the $5600 mattress, not the $1600 frame.) If you are going to buy a mattress I would not recommend Mattress Firm in general. And if you decide to purchase from Mattress Firm, please be sure to read every small and almost impossible to read portion of all documentation and receipts. I will be reporting to the BBB. I am not going to mention the salesperson's name here because we all have good and bad days, including myself. Once I confirm the refund on this mattress, I will purchase a new mattress somewhere else.

It took me all of 10 minutes to purchase a mattress, the folks that helped me were very kind and knowledgeable. Had a great personal conversation with both staff members while going through the checkout process, great experience & people!
