Went through the drive through. We tried ordering and the lady just stopped responding. I kept trying to tell her I wasn't done ordering. No answer. Went to the window. Guy took our card for the 1 coffee. I tried telling him we didn't finish our order. He didn't even turn.

This McDonald’s has the rudest employees went to the drive through lady was “what do you want” no greeting at all who ever is the owner for this McDonald’s needs to train there employees right. I can't remember the last time I had ribeye this good that's why I'm giving this place 5 stars! My girlfriend and I came here for dinner on Friday night and definitely enjoyed it. The bone-in ribeye was cooked just right to medium rare, juicy, and the flavor was perfect. The sides of veggies and potatoes were good, but nothing to write home about. Our waiter was friendly and the bus staff was always there to fill our water and remove dishes.

Great place. I have their Orange French Toast and Yogurt with fruit and it was amazing. I would difinetly come back when I'm around the area. Too bad they don't have something like this closer to my home.

Just the rudest. I mobile order and drive through to pick up. Employee who asks for my order # had an attitude. I drive to the window to pick up. They tell me to drive to a parking spot and wait. I've been here 10 minutes. Employee comes out with food. Asks for my order # which I don't have. Employee has such an attitude and walks away. Ridiciulous. I don't like giving poor ratings, but my God. If you're going to do mobile order, perfect the system. Chick Fil A is real easy. All they need is a name. McDonalds honestly needs to do better. A dozen cars have come and gone with food and I am still waiting. I don't reguarly eat here and treating customers like this is a good reason to not come back.I am now waiting to speak to a manager, requested by the restaurant. The manager was completely nice. She brought me my food hot and fresh, along with two coupons for free meals. She asked to hear the whole story, so this doesn't happen again. She is why I'm giving the experience three stars instead of two.

This rating is based purely on the availability of spicy nuggs. If spicy nuggs are removed from the menu, I reserve my right to withdraw this review in it's entirety. This location is good though, always great service. I was disappointed the cashier was unaware of the spicy nuggets deal on launch day. Seems like a missed opportunity.

Was here to get my wife and kids a quick snack and drinks. They seemed overwhelmed so I don't blame them, there drive-thru was very busy and had long lines. This location has alot of street traffic so makes sense that it's busy. My experience was enjoyable simply because their manager seemed like was a distraction for him.

We just got home to eat dinner and everything was under cooked and cold. The fries for our four meals where not even fully cooked!!!! 5 meals that no one could eat that's annoying !!!

It is McDonald's, so providing a review for this level of fast food is difficult. Their drive through was relatively efficient, for a McDonald's. I would give them a four star rating on their standard fare for breakfast. Not necessarily on food in general.

Old, cold, dry food, they always need to change their fryer oil as it always has an awful look and taste on hashbrowns, fries ect... Even BEFORE COVID19 its been this way. Most of the time their ice cream machine "is down", so, thats always that..... They could do so much better, such a nice facility but poorly managed.

I think they may be under new management. I went there last night for a large fry and they mixed reeeeaaalllyyy old fries with fresh ones and handed them to me. Today my sister went to pick us up lunch and the quarter pounder was raw! She went back twice bc she wanted letttuce tomato and mayo. The fist time they forgot the cheese, the second time they forgot the tomato. Last week I went and the girl that took my order snapped at me. They did not used to be like this!

I was very disappointed in that place my friend and I order hamburgers and we waited for almost 30 minutes. So I went inside and this very nice girl at the cashier was soo nice. But the mangers na.e Shannon was rude and really a pain . I ask her for my order and she gave this attitude and saying to me I didn't see no hamburgers. So she kept being having an attitude . Why would a Manger have a attitude when a customer comes in there store just ask about there order they been waiting for. Plus having attitude with my other friend and telling him that they gave away our order to someone else and raising her voice to him that is bad mangers at that McDonald's..

I just started keto but was craving a burger so I asked for no bun and no ketchup and extra onions and when they brought it out it was all on a plate with the lid and i was actually shocked cause I was expecting just a wrapper with sauce all over since I didn’t order a bun but it was so neatly put together it definitely made my day a little better :)

Just went in the drive thru. I get that it's covid but the shakes and McFlurry was on the menu. I know they always say "machine is being cleaned" went to the window and she made a shake AND McFlurry for an uber that she said was 30 min made. She freshly made it. She just didn't wanna do it. Going to jack in the box this is the laziest I've ever seen.

The manager Desiree was awesome. Great customer service making sure I was completely satisfied with my meal. Restaurant was clean and they were fully staffed with fast service.
