I'm fortunate to own several pieces of NightRider jewelry and often receive very positive comments about them. I've been a customer for many years and my experiences in the Scottsdale Mall store have always been very pleasurable. My son recently purchased a ring for me for father's day (the reckoning) and Erin was very helpful in every aspect of the purchase. Personnel like Erin are the reason many of us are repeat customers of this establishment.

My wife doesn't want to go to Scottsdale Mall because each time we go we stop in and come out with a new piece.The staff is great, shout out to all of you, I'll be in there soon..... lolI love all my pieces, they are a conversion starter for sure. Anywhere we go, they ask me about them.Keep making great stuff and I'll make sure to convince the wife to "walk around" the mall, lol.....

Had a great time browsing all of the jewelry in the store. Also had some good conversations with the salesmen. Ended up buying the dominion ring. It's a gorgeous piece and a perfect update to my WB. Got plenty of excellent information from the salesman Darko. He was extremely helpful, and I will definitely be buying a chain soon.

I love my Hannibal bracelet so much. It arrived and the box felt heavy as I unwrapped this jewel. I was floored by the quality and detail. I didn't realize it is reverseable, which I love. One side is brighter with less detail and boy it blings! The clasp is cool, and people comment about the piece every time I wear it. I couldn't be happy with this purchase!

NOT A GOOD COMPANY my wife purchased a ring 2 yrs ago from NightRider in Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. Salespersons name is Anthony loved the ring in-spite of outrageous prices. 14K white gold at $3700. as ring was worn it began to loose its luster and has the look of steel vs precious metal. Same opinion was given by salesman at their Honolulu store. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE WHITE GOLD. when purchased....Was told lifetime guarantee with free touch service for life that also includes full purchase price towards any upgrade. Went into Scottsdale store yesterday, 02/23/23. was told upgrade only applies from silver to gold and touch up service that takes 3-6 weeks is $50 charge. DO NOT BUY NIGHTRIDER ....You'd think a ring valued at $500 worth of gold materials and paying $3200 in craftsmanship would entitle one to the best customer service for a lifetime as I was told. no buyers remorse here folks. My wife sacrificed big time to get me something special and unique. But the company is NOT WORTH THE COST N HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Another great NightRider experience. High quality products and service. Tony did a great job helping me out. NightRider is a great example of how American hard work, craftsmanship, and service can bring people together. The jewelry is an artistic invitation for positive human connection in a very natural and positive way. If you haven’t gone in personally and tried on some things, I recommend you do. If you are only doing off of pictures, you are likely not capturing the heft, weight, and character in each piece.

I went into the store and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly, helpful and engaging. The store was small, but nice. The jewelry pieces are works of art and fantastically detailed. The fire skull ring with garnet is what I purchased and let me tell you, a lot of sterling silver in this ring and the finest detail in a handmade ring that I have ever seen, both outside and inside. I received a military discount as well, which the salesman offered right up...he did ask for my ID as well....thanks for checking. The store/company is pro-military/freedom which I love. Much of their jewelry has a warrior ethos feel from multiple ethnicities and great warriors of the world during different eras. I love this place as they have a lot of mens jewelry as well as women's. Wife wants a ring and bracelet now. This place really appeals to military, rebels, cops, bikers, cowboys, patriots and the wild bunch of people who are strong...it is manly jewelry and for people who appreciate art and a warriors ethos. Great job Nightrider....I will be back!P.s. I may have to get a second job to buy more jewelry since this place could get you into trouble with the variety.

This is the most amazing jewelry you will ever see. The detailed workmanship is second to none. I have traveled all over the world looking for jewelry that tells a story. Most jewelry is exciting when you get it but the magic fades quickly. NightRider jewelry never fades. People compliment us daily everywhere we go. We had a small issue on one of our rings and Skyler the Mgr. Just handled it like old fashioned customer service. It's nice to know there are places you can shop where people still care. I went in a few times before I decided on a ring to replace my wedding band that I unfortunately lost in the Salt River a few years ago. Yes, I’m that picky that I’ve looked that long…lol. I checked out several other jewelry stores but I found myself coming back here because of the exceptional craftsmanship and the awesome customer service by all their down to earth reps, especially Shane. Their jewelry actually stands for something in which each piece has some meaning to it.Since I’ve gotten my ring, I’ve had many people compliment it and ask where I got it from. I hope some of those people bring their business y’all’s way. I’ll definitely be back for several more pieces real soon.Thanks Team NR ??

Have had my eye on a chain and pendant from NightRider for sometime and was able to make it into the Fashion Square store. Went in looking for a certain sized chain which they didn't have in stock but could have easily been custom made. Found the pendant in the store and they showed me a couple options I hadn't thought about which was much appreciated. Though in the end I ultimately went with the chain I had in mind the NightRider Toggle (in a slightly different size which turned out to fit better) and the Pendant. Veteran friendly as well, verified my status on their website and taken care of. High quality American made pieces from NightRider.
