Horrible customer service. Not enough words to explain how rude and disrespectful the “parts employee” was. No need to treat people like that. I asked the gentleman who worked there if he could help me. Rudely his response was WITH WHAT!!! excuse me but don’t you work here to help people. Honestly this person deserves to be fired. I felt bad for his co worker who was speechless after witnessing how rude he was.

Great service! They even offered to assist me with using a can of tire sealer in the dark parking lot, shining a light while attaching it to the tire valve stem.

So I came in here instead of the auto parts store by the house that I usually go to and after this employee helped out and didn't try to upsell me to dig deeper in my pockets and to top it off gave my son a toy car.. now this is customer service Americans had mostly forgotten about

Unable to correctly provide the correct part - even something as simple as a wiper blade. Then manager acts all huffy and bothered when he has to take the part back and refund purchase. Don't use this location.

I'm giving 4 starts instead of 5 because the first two gentlemen when I stepped in were rude and not helpful. I told them what I needed and they tried putting my windshield wiper replacement on and after 5 minutes of trying couldn't and asked another associate who clearly didn't want to but tried and was also unsuccessful finally they got the manager which was VERY friendly and put it on in just seconds. He then didn't charge me for a $23 product because of the wait and service I received, which I appreciated. What I have to advice is find associates as good as your managers. He was great they were terrible.

Bought a battery here 9 months ago. I've had my car die and need to be jumped multiple times after sitting as short as less than a day, and have had to jump it a few times in the last week alone. Took it back here twice this week and both times the employees told me it was my alternator not my battery, even though all symptoms were 100% battery related. Wouldn't swap the batteries out for me even though I was under warranty. Took my car to the dealer today and asked them to test both the battery and the alternator for me, dealer told me the battery was at fault and the alternator was working fine. Took my car to the O'reilly in north scottsdale instead after that and they replaced my battery for me with no hurdles to jump through at all. What was over an hour and a half at this location with still no solution, was 3 minutes and a replaced battery at another.Third time was the charm but it shouldn't have taken three times + a dealer visit to finally get someone to replace my very clearly faulty battery that I bought earlier this same year.Attached a photo of the little paper the dealer gave me to show the other location that it was the battery and not the alternator, after two visits of this location trying to tell me the opposite.Writing this review just to tell people trust your gut and don't let employees just try to sell you more parts. I'll probably default to the location further north from now on next time I need something, they fixed the situation in a fraction of the time I spent at this location.

If you're a woman go somewhere else. They're very withholding of information here and try to talk women into spending as much money as possible. I saw their interactions with men and they were much more informative and honest. If you need your engine codes read it's much better to goto autozone where they give you a print out of all the codes and give you the part numbers you need for potential fixes. This oreilys acts like they do engine coding but the info they print out is far more limited than autozone's.

Beware when buying an alternator. I bought one from here and the new one they sold me was bad out of the box. Replacing an alternator in 114 degree weather twice because they buy cheap parts that are untested is not fun. It’s not like I bought a “cheap” part. The remanufactured alternator cost me $350. I’ll stick with Napa next time.
