Great balloon section, but really abysmal selection of gift bags and gift wrap. So much was out of stock. Employees are friendly and helpful though.

Loved my last experience here! My balloon was leaking by the time I got home and staff said they’d replace it no problem! Thanks! Will be back again for sure!

Stephany or Stacy(?), who is I think the office manager, was very helpful, nice and courteous. The other lady manager with deeper voice was not nice... the 5 starts is for the former
