I was in such a bind and needed a key programed for my car. Celsi went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was something that she could help me with, and was so kind and through throughout the process. Give this girl a raise! Can't thank her enough.

Always excellent customer service here, tons of help available if you want/need it. If you want to talk to a person or need any help at all, go to Ace Hardware instead of the big box stores.If you need a little plumbing part or something similar for your 1970's home, as an example, Ace will more likely have it than Home Depot.

Ace hardware staff always takes the time to make sure you find what you need. If they don’t have it, they will almost always tell you where you could find it. Prices are usually much higher than the big box Home Depot’s etc, but you pay for the convenience. If I am in need of a couple small items, ‘Ace is the place’

Every time I come to this ACE it is a fantastic experience! There is always someone available to answer questions and point me in the right direction. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I never have to waste time walking around the aisles looking for help. It’s worth the trip!

I'm an older lady that just moved to Old Town Scottsdale area. Today was first time at this store and I was so impressed by the two young ladies that waited on me there today! Wow...good old fashion customer service. Kind, patient, and EXTREMELY helpful! I wish I had gotten their names as they deserve mention. One of them even went to get my products for me when I asked where they were instead of giving me directions. This is my new go-to, thank you ladies!

Putting in a new kitchen faucet, I needed a new sink drain piece above the p-trap because the old one was old and came apart. I took the pieces in and had three people helping me find replacement parts. I believe the manager cut the new pipe for me free of charge and assembled the pieces for me so I could easily install when I got home. Completely ABOVE and BEYOND customer service!
