Not reliable. On 2 different occasions we reserved a large truck and got a reservation number but when we arrived to pick up our truck, they said they didn't have ours and had none available.

Absolutely 5star! Moved from Scottsdale AZ to St Louis MO, with a car towed on the back. Dont rent with anyone else. Best price by far!! Great customer service. Best value for cross country move. Moving is stressful enough. Surprising that the best is the cheapest.
