My Unscheduled Battery Replacement was fast even with a fully booked calendar! The techs went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was given the attention it needed while in the bay. Great Quality Service!

They had no record of my appointment I scheduled online well in advance. When checking me in as a walk in, they inflated the price of the works package, advertised at $79.95, up to $81.95, then proceeded to draw a straight line on the signature line. In other words, they FORGED my signature approving the jacked up price AND granting an express mechanic's lien to be able to collect the full amount of the service. If you plan to have your car worked on here, have an attorney on standby!

They do a good job in my car, but the service is not that great. I dropped my car off yesterday for an oil change and they found coolant in 2 cylinders. So they are keeping my car for about a week to replace the engine block. They told me they didn’t have any loaner vehicles available that day but they would have a shuttle pick me up in the morning to come get a car. After calling several times this morning, I come to find out they never scheduled the shuttle and still don’t have a loaner vehicle for me so I have to go through enterprise. Not to mention, I also have to miss a day of work because of their inability to take care of their customers in the ways that they promise to. Set an appointment 4 days in advance. When I arrived 10 minutes early they took my keys and offered the waiting room. 20 minutes after my appointment my vehicle wasn’t touched. I was just there for an oil change. I ask how long it was going to take at this point. They told me they had one more vehicle in front of me. Why would I set an appointment if I was just going to be put in a line?

Told by service advisor no need to make an appointment for an oil change and to just walk in any time to their "quicklane" center rather than dealer service lane. Walked in at 10am then sat in waiting room for 4.5hrs before finally pulling my truck in. Absolute waste of a day and when asked if there was an estimated time when the truck would be pulled in, response from tech was rude and as if he was annoyed I was asking. Suggest going elsewhere as I will.

They tried to charge me over $500 for a rear brake job on my truck. 349 for brakes, clean turned rotors, not new ones, and get this, 159 dollars to change or basically bleed your brakes. I immediately went to Firestone, 159 for the same service. Don’t pay dealer pricesService: Brakes

The amount of rude customers that have unrealistic expectations is unbelievable, but what's even more unbelievable is how calm, collected, and professional the staff was when dealing with those customers.If you are a potential customer please be kind to these employees, just because you didn't schedule an appointment ahead of time doesn't mean it's their fault the wait is longer than usual.Services: Tires

TL;DR: The estimate changed drastically without much warning. ($375 online to $475 day of to $675 when we picked up the car)I hate leaving one star reviews on places but I have to here. My boyfriend took his car in for the recommended 100,000 mile service. They gave him an estimate of $375 on their website and we scheduled an appointment. We take the car in and everything is going well. Then we get a call saying that the new estimate is $475. Fine, that sucks but it's worth it to make sure the car is in good condition and safe to drive. However, when my boyfriend shows up to get the car it turns out to be $675. Apparently they neglected to mention that the estimate they provided only included labor costs. So the $475 estimate was correct for labor costs but made no mention of the costs associated with parts and shop supplies, which brought the total up from $475 to $675. I totally understand that there are lots of costs to be factored in on top of labor, that's not the issue. It's that the $475 estimate was presented as an all-inclusive one and made no mention of the extra $200 he would end up paying for parts and shop supplies. By the time my boyfriend learned of the increased cost it was after the car had already been serviced. Essentially, he was lead to believe the cost would be significantly lower than what it turned out to be.Services: Transmission
