My daughter and I went in on 5/9/24 and we were never greeted by the two middle aged snobs working. The store was empty so it’s not because they didn’t see us enter. Neither woman ever acknowledged our presence as we browsed briefly. Like the scene from Pretty Woman….Big Mistake! A little kindness goes a long way especially when you are in retail!

The best consignment store I've ever been in!! The curation and quality of all the clothing pieces are excellent, everything is organized by size which makes shopping soo much easier. All of the fellow customers and the woman working was so lovely and kind! Will definitely be coming back if I'm ever in Arizona again.

Only carries Women's clothes. Selections change periodically, with eclectic styles, so each visit could become a new treasure hunt! Always keep an open mind...we went in for boots, but found a killer western belt buckle!

This shop is absolutely lovely! It has lovely, well-cared for vintage clothing, handbags, wallets, jewelry, shoes, and a few furs. Jade helped me today as I looked at jewelry and suggested a ring of amazing quality and artistry. The profile and cutting of the stone (which appears to be amethyst but am always glad to receive correction) is phenomenal. The profile is unusually high and just gorgeous all around. I do not know the name being applied to this type of jewelry and the closest descriptors I can think of would be refined Gothic. I did a little research and a much closer description may be contained in the story of Soraya Esfandiary Bakhtiary of Persia.Regal Rags is a local small business that appears to have weathered the COVID storm and I am glad to see that it is still thriving. Please come in and have a look around - you'll be surprised with the quality you'll find. Items are authentically defined. Ask about consignment. Parking is easy. ?

Women's clothes only! Not a total waste of time though bc the nice checkout lady pointed this foreigner towards a nearby thrift shop, Goodwill, where I found exactly what I was looking for!

Actually I did not buy anything, was hoping to leave things for consignment, said they only take 10 items at a time and need appointment so walked out...I like stores that do not have a 10 days take as sometimes I only have 4 or 5 items? Good to know but no notice on site for clients on this?

I am so grateful I found this gem of a consignment store. Brooke, the manager, was lovely. Friendly, helpful, and the perfect mix of available but leaves you to your shopping. I found they were having a wonderful sale and found a handful of incredible pieces, all at a great price. I've given up other local consignment stores, like My Sister's Attic, due to snotty customer service. Regal Rags is my new spot! Thank you for the care and attention you clearly put into your store!
