I came in recently to get help with my deceased brothers account. The Assistant Manager was so great about helping us out! He took the time to find out how to handle the account and where to call! We spent a good hour in there but he was patient and pleasant helping us out with this matter.

I bought a hand's free device for the iPhone 15 days later it came off, I took it back to the store for a replacement and they said they only cover it for 14 day for a refund or replacement, and to top it off they said sorry, I don't want there sorry, I would have been better off if they wouldn't said sorry

The idiot employees know nothing about the products they sell and are liars and scammers. This place hires grifters and unemployed carnival junkies (carnies) and the person I delt with had breath like he just ate a sh_t sandwich. Don't forget to bring a tube of KY jelly and be prepared to bend over if you go to this clown show.

I live in north Scottsdale and 3 closest locations to me are full of useless son of bbb so I wanted to stay away from them. It was an absolute pleasant surprise to have met Andrew in this location. I purchased the new iPhone 14 pro. To be honest I was initially just going to go for the regular iPhone 14 but his enthusiasm and knowledge of the product made me chose the better version of the newest iPhone. Like I told Andrew before, he needs to clone himself and T-Mobile need to do itself a favor and place an Andrew in every store. Every single T-Mobile store is a gigantic pay in the butt with sloths working at every single one of them. Specially the Frank Lloyd location where the customer "disservice" asssssholes don't help you and treat you like a second class citizen. Thank you Andrew!! I hope T-Mobile is treating you well. You deserve it.

My store experience was not so bad, however.....I've been calling for 3 straight days and it seems their phone system is down, which is unacceptable for a phone service provider. If it was for a couple hours I could understand, but for the 3 days straight is flat out HORRIBLE!! I'm just trying to check the status of my order and I can't :-( I also called T-Mobile's customer service and they weren't even able to get through .....just unacceptable!!I'm just trying to check the status of my order and I can't :-(I guess I'll have to drive all the way there for this simple answer since they can't seem to get their phone service operable.

Hacks! This location is owned by Amtel (reseller) not T Mobile corp. If you must use T Mobile go to a corp location not with these 3rd party hacks who will say anything to sell you! STAY AWAY! Update: Finally tracked down the district manager Nicolas Odell who basically said he could offer me a month free service while completely dismissing everything that happened to me. On September 12 I went into the store at Talking Stick and the Manager Francisco Lopez helped me with the purchase of a new iPhone 13 Pro. I had an older iphone and been when Verizon for 25 years with no problems. I spent close to an hour going over the details and promotion of a $700 billing credit that would be posted after two billing cycles that Francisco promised me. He clearly stated no trade in was necessary and this promotion (iphone on us) was in place since the Iphone 14 was going to be released that week. Fast forward two months later I call 611 T-mobile customer service and they show no promotion on my account and that I'd need to go to the store where I purchased the phone. On 11/10 I went into the store and was told that Francisco was no longer at this location so Angela (she was also working when he sold me the phone) called the new manager Patrick Russ who said I'd need to go to Fransico Lopez's new store to get this resolved. Angela also added that SEVERAL of Fransico's customers have come in asking why the credit he promised has not been issued. This is not an isolated case here, he has repeated these 100% fake sales tactics (I was told by Angela) with several customers. I asked your phone number and was denied access by Angela. This morning 11/11 I went to Francisco's new store in Mesa and he said to my face he has no idea what I'm talking about though there's nothing he can do. He also claimed that is old store has never sent over any other customers. I looking to you as the district manager to make this right and give me what I was promised in the hopes that you will resolve this and I won't need to contact any other parties.

I had a great experience today at this tmobile store.. the staff was soo helpful knowledgeable and patient with me making a decision. They also entertaining and made me feel very comfortable!!! i decided on the iPhone 13at the end .. Thankyou guys soo much for making my birthday.. Shayla, Gabriel and Angela .. awesome team !! ?

The representative at this store is a real treasure. I only wish that your people in our home town of St Augustine knew half as much as she did.....They couldn't help me at all in our store & we were preparing for our trip to Arizona and they advised me to call corporate to run a diagnostic on it. The young lady in this store fixed my "no cell data" issue in less than 5 minutes. I only wish I had gotten her name. It was approximately 11:30 am when we walked in off the street on Monday 11/22/21 if that helps.
