I had such a great experience at this store with Savanah (sorry if I spell your name wrong) When I first went in she was having technical difficulties so she told me she would contact me to come back which she did. When I went in she was able to help me get a new phone set up for my son. She was super efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend if you have any issues to go in when she is working. Thank you for helping me Savanah.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at a T-Mobile store, hoping that future customers can be cautious when dealing with upgrades and promotions. My partner and I visited the Indian Bend store near Target with the intention of upgrading our plan, and we encountered a situation that left us dissatisfied with the service provided.During our visit, (Ryan) our representative informed us about a promotion for a free line. We explicitly declined the offer to activate the line, only to discover months later that it had been activated without our authorization. This was not only an inconvenience but also raised concerns about the integrity of the store's practices.In an effort to make the best of the situation, I decided to convert the unauthorized line into a Mobile Hotspot since we needed one. I called customer service and had the line activated for this purpose, accepting that the line came at no cost but troubled by the principle of the matter – that representatives might activate lines without authorization for their own commission.Upon attempting to purchase the necessary device at the store, I encountered another hurdle at the Shea location. The representative, (Ray), at the Shea location insisted on activating the line with the device purchase. This was frustrating, as I was aware that selling the device outright wouldn't benefit the representative with a commission. Despite explaining my situation and asking for his name, he refused to provide it by saying, "why would you need my name" and questioned my request to speak with the manager, by saying "why would you need to speak with my manager" who was conveniently unavailable. - I want to add that, there were other customers in the store so I made sure to keep my tone very respectful and calm during this interaction but unfortunately didn't receive the same respect back.I ultimately filed an official complaint with T-Mobile's corporate office, providing details about the unethical practices at both Indian Bend and Shea locations. My goal is to caution future customers to double-check their accounts during upgrades to avoid unauthorized line activations. Additionally, it's important for customers to know that they have the right to purchase devices outright without being pressured into activating unnecessary lines.I hope that T-Mobile takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their representatives' practices. Transparency and ethical conduct should be a priority in ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in the company.

This T-Mobile location has the worst customer service. My mother and I went in here to get on a family plan, and signed up for buy-one-get-one-free phones. I got my phone same day because it was in stock, the one my mom wanted would have to be shipped. They never informed us my mom needed to respond to an email to receive her phone. I went back and forth with them for months about this, and they won't do a single thing to make it right. The Assistant Manager hung up on me. Their manager only works weekdays apparently so I could never talk to them because I also work weekdays. My mom still doesn't have a new phone and I'm stuck in a contract with them for 2 years. Soon as it's up I'm taking my business to Verizon. DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS

Was absolutely a fantastic experience dealing with Roman, Gabriel and Bryce.Never have I had such wonderful customer service from all three. I hope TMobile knows how valuable they are to TMobile.

I wanna to thank Gabriel for his great service, it was very helpful solving the issues I had with my line. No doubts he is the best at this location!
