A++ customer service! My phone was frozen and not working and when I came in Chris immediately helped me and fixed my phone. He was so patient and kind.These guys are wonderful and the location is super clean and nice.

ANNIE was my representative today I have coke to this T-Mobile store as my favorite location for YEARS ANNIE helped me more than anyone has EVER helped me. She is FOURTH RIGHT, HONEST, GENUINE, SUPER SMART AND CARING. The assistant manager title is a good title but Manager would be a better title. I want to mention Juliana as well for her smile & support! She was great! If you wanna go to a T-Mobile location that you don’t have to wait a long time and get accurate service come to this store! ? ANNIE WAS GREAT AND THE BEST T-MOBILE WORKER IVE EVER COME INTO CONTACT WITH. Thank you again so much for your service! This is the best location & the best staff thank you again! ??

I had my warranty replacement phone delivered to this location hoping it would be a step up from the last T mobile site that I went to on Cactus Road. They began the process of transferring my data from I Cloud; a phone to phone transfer. I stayed there at least 2 hours. Each time the screen had a different "time left" from 25 minutes to 3 minutes to 10 minutes. It was a SH.. T. show. I decided to go home to complete the process as it was getting late in the day. I started doing it myself at home when I noticed the top left of the phone screen read "NO SIM". I contacted the location to share this new information and one of the guys said, OH YEAH. WE DIDN'T TRANSFER THE SIM CARD TO YOUR NEW PHONE. They had sent me on my way without a SIM card. Off I went back to the store to get a SIM card installed. BTW, the gas I used to make that return trip was not free. I brought the phone home to waiting for the download from the I CLOUD. Close to midnight, I decided to go to the Apple support website and initiate a Chat with a technician. He walked me through the process and my phone downloaded all my data. No thanks to this T mobile office, the guys, or T mobile customer support which was useless when I started this process. I am rethinking my 10 year relationship with T Mobile. After all, any cell phone company can mess up the way they did. What's the benefit of staying with this company?

I had the most amazing experience at this store. Apple support gave me the wrong instructions to wipe out my iPhone, so I can restore from iCloud backup. Unfortunately the person asked me to wipe out eSim. So I had no way to proceed. I was visiting my son at Scottsdale, and quickly stopped by the store. They reprovisioned my phone and also gave us a goody at the end. Awesome Place. I'm a T-Mobile customer for over 17 years. Never going back to AT&T again.Satisfied Customer!

Just leaving the T-Mobile store on Shea where Robert and David Just blew me away with the best customer service experience I have ever had!! Courteous, helpful ,and really knew their stuff! Educated me as well!! I highly recommend them! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I received great service here while switching over to T mobile from another provider. The representative David connected me with multiple promotions to get the best possible deals, and took care of everything to switch over multiple lines, including an out-of-state line. Very friendly and informative service. Highly recommend this location!

Went into this store after having issues with purchasing my phone online and couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me transfer my service and get set up with T-Mobile! Seriously, if you pick any store, go to this one. Khelben and Amanda, especially, were extremely patient and helpful and guided me through the entire process of activating my new phone and even got me some great deals as well. Once again, you guys were awesome and I’ll recommend to friends and family in the future!
