Been to the Northsight location and they were the worst I’ve ever dealt with! Basically told us to call T-Mobile for fix our issue and then nothing they could do for our other issue. We had a great experience at this location even though it is farther away from me. We decided to come back with these same issues we had at Northsight to this location and ADAM and DANNY were an absolute dream to work with. Fixed everything we needed and more. They were both so so helpful and informative. I’ll forever go back to this location because of these two employees. Definitely need some kind of recognition from management!!

First time ever having to go to a T Mobile store and I was not looking forward to it because of other poor experiences at cell phone stores in the past. Brandi the store manager was able to resolve my issue in 10 minutes and put my fears of cell phone stores aside. She was professional and courteous and runs a good store. The other employees were very welcoming and friendly as well. If I have any more issues in the future, I know which store I will be going to.

I had switched phoned 2x, from an S21 to a refurbished S21 thrn they gaveme this S23... the weird virus pop up ads would not stop.. Everything was checked to not get pop ups. The phone just opened whatever it wanted to on top of what i was doing. This happened all day and night even if i was not near the phone. It affected everything i was doing with my now brand new S23. I had been to 4 TMobiles with no answers. These people took me seriously, answering my questions and listening to my mess. One got the seasoned TM manager and he had answers! I followed his suggestions and now no more ads or a phone on its own. I am extremely please with this Tmobile.THANK YOU!*I will never go to either in Surprise, AZ again! They are both disrespectful and lack customer service and knowledge.

on Friday 5-12-2023 I went to get help with a broken screen on my Samsung galaxy 21 ultra, Tim helped me file a claim, on Tuesday I received a brand new phone from Assurant, so, on Wednesday I decided to go and see if I could trade in the 21 replacement for a newer model, and Josh helped me with the trade in, accessories and data transfer, made it look so easy, TOP NOTCH service from everybody at the store, thank you so very much! keep it up guys and girl!

I never thought I would be able to rate a cell phone store 5 stars, but this team really cares and will help you solve your problems. It even felt like they enjoyed their job. Thank you to Dustin for going above and beyond to help me figure out my Apple Watch. As a former sprint customer, I'm grateful to have this store close by and help me convert to t mobile.

A few years ago, we visited this exact store when we were looking to get new a line for my son. We were totally disappointed with the customer service then, and did not bother to consider T-Mobile thereafter.Today, we were shopping around for new line for one of my cousins and visited this store again. The executive that attended us was "Rick Vanegas - (mobile expert)", who with his extraordinary customer care skills, changed the entire perception for us about this store. Great customer service quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic. Folks that deliver excellent customer service like this needed an appreciation.He explained the pre-paid plans and ran us through all the options that the store has in offer.We initially were determined to not to consider T-Mobile but because of Rick, we added a new line today. Thank you, Rick - we are pretty sure folks like you will reach greater heights in career!!

What an amazing experience we just had at T Mobile. Rick was thorough, complete and informative. We went in on a mission and we accomplished the goal together. We've been with T Mobile for over 10yrs and have never had an issue with anything. There was a nice selection of phone cases (m). The customer service was awesome (r). Great selection of phones too (d). The store was beautiful and clean. The employees are friendly and Happy Birthday Dustin (s).

Worst service. Left one star because I could not post otherwise. Switched from Verizon 18 months ago and have regretted it since. Have been overcharged every month. Calls are consistently dropped. An employee even told us we should have never switched because their service is not good where we live. Have had to go back or call repeatedly to get resolved with no luck. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest. There never is a manager in who can help resolve. Employees say they can’t help.

This location is very updated and popular. The design is such that you can be very comfortable on a couch while waiting for service, or at high top tables for learning about the new gadget you purchased. Unlike any location I have been to.I came in to get a new sim card, and was quickly assisted by Brandi, who was able to manage my issue as well as juggle assisting other staff and customers with amazing speed and grace. She was very calm under pressure, and very helpful.

Walked in for a phone upgrade and was helped by Rick (also referenced by another reviewer). Rick was very helpful, answered all questions and gave me the quick rundown without the BS. He's a solid sales rep, make sure you ask for him if you need anything! He set the bar high and was very clear + straight forward from the beginning, this guy needs a raise/bonus! I walked out within minutes & got exactly what I was looking for. One of the best phone upgrade experiences yet! Thank you again!

I have a very damaged, used and abused iPhone 8. I have cracked it in every way you can from all of my parkour and midnight ninja fights..... oh wait, the 1st rule of parkour and midnight ninja fights is don't talk about...... WELL anyway, my phone was so damaged that it literally offended my techy boss (I think "techy" should be added to the dictionary) so much so that he went and bought me a new phone. Well shizzballs, I was so stoked! (And it was a new job btw). So I had to do the whole switcharoo and get "all the things" moved to the new phone. I had called a T-Mobile store (different store) and they were nice and explained to me how easy it was over the phone. When I finally stopped procrastinating and went to do the thing with the thing, I forgot how to do allllllllll the things. So this time, I went on the Yelp and did a little looksee to find the best rated store near my best new job (with my best new boss). And voila!!! This little pink jewel showed up with its gleaming high ratings. I entered this little hip joint with it's café style chairs and barstools and nifty black and pink lamp shades, mesmerized by the glowing pink lighting behind the TV monitors that had glowing pink words... and then this glorious helper of all the things named Brandi Greeted me and beckoned me to the nifty bar tables with their high stools. I explained to her the lowdown, and SHAZAM, she did all the things. Might I add, darling Brandi didn't charge me a single cent (which is CRAZY since my mom pays all my friends to hang out with me). Long story DWARF, if you need help with your ET phone homes, I highly recommend this glorious wonder of a store. That is all. P.S. The manager should give Brandi $1 million dollars. I told her I was so happy that I would give her that, but yeah... I still live with my mom.

I went in T Mobile today the person that waited on me was the worst person I have encountered in a long time the guy was the rudest Man I have encountered in a long time. He was insulting and just mean. He was middle aged and had a beard. He was such a turn off I will change my service to Version to never have to deal with him again. If that is the type of people you hire you are in trouble. Terrible
