I came in to ship something out. I asked if I could email something for them to print, and they said yes. The gal was very nice, tall and slender and I think the manager. What she did NOT tell me was the cost. I printed ONE black/white copy to ship a package out and it cost me $2.70. I was SHOCKED at the price and said, wow, printing prices went up, and she replied, "yah, it's too bad amazon doesn't communicate that you'll need to pay for printing". This had NOTHING to do with Amazon. Way to take ownership and accountability. TO CONSUMERS - this is a time where we are more conscious then ever on spending our hard earned money, DO NOT SPEND IT HERE. spend it in a place where there is TRANSPARENCY knowing that we are not use to paying nearly $3.00 to email and for a print job. SHAME ON YOU store #7001. Inexcusable. Let the customer make up their own mind before you charge them. that is what integrity looks like! All you had to do was say, it will cost so and so, would you like to proceed. INSTEAD, you hide and gouge.

This place is both efficient and pleasant. The help at the counter really hustles to make this a speedy stop. Once, I decided after dropping a package that I wanted to add something. When I called them, they were able to retrieve the package BEFORE it went out!! Great customer service!

We used to have a mailbox here, a few years ago. A family member accidentally sent a Christmas gift to this location last week. I went into this location to find the package - after all, the tracking number confirmed that it was delivered to the mail room. The workers were rude and incompetent. So rude, in fact, I find myself inclined to write this review on my way home. The man working couldn't help me, so I had to wait for some lady to get off the phone. After waiting, she promptly tells me, "Your box has been terminated a long time ago and we probably don't have you package. And I cannot tell you where it is." After repeatedly telling her that I know my box was terminated, I am just looking for a package, she was persistently rude and wouldn't listen to me. We enjoyed this location very much when we had our mailbox. But after this experience, I've been left frustrated. I hope nobody else has to deal with such incompetent behavior.

The gentleman at the counter was rude and condescending. I noticed on their website the same employee (Brad) had a negative google review. Its a shame, I've always had a good experience at this location but this employee is giving them a bad reputation

Thank you Joe for outstanding customer service. A little bit of kindness goes an extremely long way in this world. Joe is to be commended. He saw me getting a large box out of my car and came to hold the door open for me. Then when I had about 10 separate packages to ship, he was patient and not harried, just continued kindness. I hope others can emulate his customer service. He should be recognized for this! Blessings to you and your future.

Signs up that say Notary but at this location and the location on Bell rd just so happens the Notary is out. Ridiculous take down your signs if your not going to offer it!!!

I have NEVER had better service at a UPS store. period. Needed to get fingerprints done they walked me through step by step and made sure everything was correct. They spent extra time and I felt they cared about every customer that walked in after me. I never write reviews - had to on this one.

Brad: I showed up at 6:22 with a package to ship to Canada and you winced; asked if I could come back because you were closing in 8 mins. I mentioned I would prefer to get it done now and you dismissed me quoting "it will take more than 8 mins." Utter nonsense, and now I spend my time writing this review and driving further to go to your competitor. Morgan and her mom are great people, and you are ruining their business.

If you believe in science don't go here. This location has taken down all their social distancing signage and none of their employees are wearing masks. I opened the door and asked if this location uses masks, they said no, so I left and went to another location that was wearing masks and had their signage on the windows and was acting responsibly. It's sad to see a small business care so little about the community they are apart of. I won't be returning to this location.

We go here all the time! Everyone is super nice. I ship a lot of packages & they always give me a stack of label adhesives.
