Everyone I have met at this location has been super helpful with anything I needed. In addition when I messed up and shipped a package to the wrong location they walked me through how to get it back. Thank you all so much!

Those folks work on cash tipping, while they was working on my package, a customer came in with $60 cash tip and gave it to them, immediately they left me and found his box, and someone called Nathan carried out the package to his car, I then waited to get serviced, gave them the confirmation email that ups had delivered the package to the store, however they denied that they have any package, advising me to come back again in 2 hours, they didn't even do any effort trying to find the package, I called ups, they confirmed that the package was delivered to them and Nathan singed on my package, I went back again after 2 hours, and they still denying that they have my package, without even looking, I filed claim with ups, got police incident report, the police informed me that most likely they have the package but they need to organise themselves, I will dispute the transaction and contact the shipper, it is a lot of effort is going to be done for irresponsible employees, that get motivated only with cash tipping, I hope I hear from the stores owner, and hopefully he is not Nathan

The UPS Store at Via Linda and FLR in Scottsdale is the best shipping location around! Scott was so helpful today he's an exceptional employee. The team work is obvious they always greet the customers with a smile, they are helpful, patient, watch the line, and get the job done fast!Thanks.. I really appreciate the service! They are "The Best of the Best! "

I can walk to this location if I wanted. Super convenient as I'm returning several purchased goods that don't fit all the time (thank you wine & online shopping!). The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. I only give 4 stars simply for the fact that sometimes they're short staffed at times with only one person up front & have come with the line to the door and had to wait a while. The past few times they had atleast two people that I saw which helps for a much smoother visit. Thank you UPS for helping with my returns!

Anthony and his entire team at this UPS store is amazing! I had to mail out 40 different packages this Christmas to clients and they were so patient and helpful and so beyond kind! I can’t thank them enough for making our experience so great! All of my clients got their packages and were so excited ~ everything was packaged great and they are THE BEST at this UPS store!!

I’ve been to this UPS location a number of times and have never had any issues. The people who work there have always been courteous and prompt as well as professional. I’ve read through some of these other reviews and I wholeheartedly disagree as I believe that the employees at this location have made a concerted effort to provide the best customer service possible. I will continue to use this UPS location for as long as I live in this neighborhood.

Was going to ship something but my printer wasn’t working. Kid told me the fee to print a piece of paper (just needed to print my label) is $5. Now mind you had they printed this label for me (cost what one penny?) they would make money for taking my shipment. UPS pays this franchise to handle packages for them.I assume the owner doesn’t know the low end level of employees wasting his business away. I went to Fedex they, without batting an eyelash, printed my labels. There were 12 people in the fedex store not one in UPS. With all of the negative reviews of this location I can’t imagine they will be around too long. He told me the reason it was $5 to print the price of paper was “labor”

This location is very service oriented in my opinion. As soon as I entered I was asked what I needed. I was trying to sell something and needed a shipping estimate. I had the item boxed and they were great. The young man behind the counter printed the estimate to shop and explained that they could honor the quote fir a certain period of time.
