We have been using this UPS store for our PO Box and all printing/shipping/business cards/etc. needs for years and I can truthfully say that this is by far the best UPS Store out there! Sam and his team are super fun and helpful for all of our needs and always have a smile and welcoming greeting every time we come in. They treat us like family at this store and it goes a long ways! Thank you so much for all you do, Sam and keep being great as we will continue coming back for the services you provide and the friendly staff there to help us!

Sam is super friendly and he always makes it easy to ship! My husband and I have used this store to ship "stuff" to our college students OFTEN and Sam is so helpful and knowledgeable! We also love the location right off Thompson Peak near our vet, dog groomer and Bashas. Thanks Sam!!

Super convenient, they open at 8 AM during the week and they make Amazon returns SUPER easy and give a receipt. I’ve always had great customer service at the store on Bell and Thompson Peak! Just wish that they were open limited hours on Sunday.

Since this location was sold the customer service is horrible!!! They price gouge everything and I've never dealt with such unhappy and unfriendly staff. They act like their customers are a complete inconvenience and most the staff can barely speak English.Beyond disappointing.The previous owner and staff was stellar!!!
