Since this location was sold the customer service is horrible!!! They price gouge everything and I've never dealt with such unhappy and unfriendly staff. They act like their customers are a complete inconvenience and most the staff can barely speak English.Beyond disappointing.The previous owner and staff was stellar!!!

Had to ship a full set of china, stemware and glasses, and valuable artwork across the country. Sam (owner) was awesome, working with me to figure out packing and shipping options and making sure I received all discounts possible. Sam worked with his team - especially Deepthi - to pack up a total of 16 boxes for shipment to Virginia. Bottom line - they did an AMAZING job and everything arrived on time and intact!! REALLY appreciate the care they took with my items!! Thanks Sam and Deepthi!!

Sam was wonderful help with getting my packages sent out. He even taped it up and for me - free of charge! There aren't many play that are so wonderful with customer service with a friendly smile, but this store is the best! Highly recommend! And they are open on Sundays!

Sam was an incredible help today! Knocked out so many Amazon return in a breeze. The store was very busy and everyone in the store noticed the hustle as he worked extremely hard to get everyone’s boxes shipped and items notarized. Highly recommend this location if you want to get in there and out quickly.

I have been coming here since 2007 -- this place is the best for custom color projects. Staff is always nice. They are well staffed. They print anything and everything form email easily.

I went to print out a large number of flyers and the staff was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. They helped me correctly size my flyers and they were very delightful throughout the whole experience.

BEWARE - OVERCHARGING ON BOXES - PRICE GOUGINGI felt obligated to write this, as just because you're located in a more affluent neighborhood, don't see the need to charge two or three times more for the exact same boxes than other UPS stores. To the customers; I ship a lot of records to friends in Los Angeles and routinely buy the same three boxes at UPS stores for $5.99 and $6.99, I was shocked to find this store was charging $11.99 and $13.99 for the same two boxes. I decided to drive to the two other UPS stores 3 and 4 miles away to by several of these boxes at half the price out of principle. I called twice and left messages for a return call to understand why you are charging two to three times as much for the same box as other UPS stores, no return call. Great way to take advantage of your local neighbors!! Some of their shipping service were also 20%-35% more than other UPS stores.

If your bring a package here make sure they scanned it correctly. It's frustrating having to deal with other peoples mistakes who can't simply do their job. Some of the employees here definitely need more training. Never coming back here to return a package of any sort

I moved to Scottsdale full time and I tried to get a Mailbox for my business and to facilitate the changing of my mail. I stood waiting several minutes while a female employee was texting. Then she called me to the counter. I explained that I needed a box to facilitate my business and to expedite my address changes. I only have AZ and CA identification. I showed her but she said I need two forms of ID. I kept telling her that when my escrow closes I will update my AZ ID but I need to get my mail forwarded prior. She didn't seem to know if they had any boxes or what I needed. She disappeared for a few minutes then returned. She said that they had one box but since I didn't have two forms of ID I couldn't have it. Then when I was leaving she sarcastically said "Have a nice day". The other tweeker looking female laughed then they both laughed. The Black one that helped me couldn't care less and the tweeker was not much better. It's no wonder people hate these big companies like UPS. They hire morons.
