I recently visited the UPS Store in Scottsdale and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly nice and kind, going above and beyond to assist me with my needs. They informed me about their Amazon return services, which I didn’t even know they offered! Their helpfulness didn’t stop there; they also provided information on other services that I wasn’t aware of.
Their customer service was top-notch, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this UPS Store for anyone needing reliable and friendly service. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!

I ran in to send out a package. I was having a brain fade at the self service kiosk. Heather, I think her name was Heather, came over and helped me get it sorted out. I was a bit embarrassed by how easy it was, but we had a good laugh. Thanks for your help Heather!
