Be ware of this store
I needed to print blue prints for my house 10 pages I printed 2 sets a total of 20 pages of 24x36 these guys charged me $15 a page. I did t realize this until my partner told me it’s about 4.50 a page. I went back to them thinking surely there’s a mistake , so I’m told they charge 2.50 by the square foot! Btw this is black and white blue prints, for a total of $328.00
In the mean time we go up the street on Greenway at PSP for the same prints $2 a page for a total of 43.64
If this is not price gouging I don’t know what is !
You have options. Do not go to this store they are at least double in as well! Call around d for pricing when you want to ship or print .

I had to ship a stereo speaker to the manufacturer and did not have a box. The charge for the box was $10 which was fine but then they wanted to charge me $24 for packet. When I said that’s ridiculous cost for a little bubble wrap, They then reduce the charge for packing to six dollars which I thought was still excessive.
You asked whether it was your store for sure and I I am absolutely certain it was your store. I have the name of the employee and the employee number. But I do not want to share that with you because I do not want to get the employee fired.

I came in today with several Amazon returns. I was immediately greeted by woman. Once I reached the self serve Amazon counter, the same woman came over to help me package everything up. This amazing woman’s name is Heather. I have never had a bad experience, but I honestly can’t say I’ve ever have this type of over the top service. Way to go Heather! You took this to an entirely different level of customer service.

Service was fast and friendly. They have a kiosk for online returns. Unfortunately the company I was returning product for (Oofos shoes) didn't work since they used a different application. The representative knew just what to do and had me in and out in no time.
