Every time I've sent a package, Kushan has been efficient & friendly. I do the basics, & he takes c/o the rest. The other day I used their notary svcs for the 1st time, & that was so convenient, fast & easy, too! Thank you for excellent svc, Kushan!

I dropped off a package early in the day, that afternoon I realized that I had left something out. I called to see If i could come back down, open the box and put the item in. They were very accommodating and very pleasant!

DO NOT DROP off Amazon Returns at this location! In the past 30 days, over $700 of our Amazon returns with Amazon provided UPS shipping labels have disappeared. Searching their tracking numbers shows that the missing (stolen?) boxes were NEVER scanned into the UPS system at this location. So Amazon cancelled our refunds and RE-CHARGED US for the non-returned items. DO NOT DROP OFF AMAZON RETURNS AT THIS LOCATION. IF YOU DO...BE SURE TO WATCH THEM SCAN YOUR PACKAGE INTO THE SYSTEM AND KEEP THE PRINTED RECEIPT. IF YOU DON'T ASK FOR THE PRINTED RECEIPT, THERE IS A CHANCE THE PACKAGE WILL BE STOLEN AND YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE WITH AMAZON OR UPS BECAUSE THE TRACKING NUMBERS WERE NEVER PUT INTO THE UPS SYSTEM.

I needed a notary and was in a big rush. I went to the UPS Store at the corner of Alma School and Dynamite. The owner, Lori Cordova, was there and she notarized my documents very efficiently. She was well organized and of good cheer. I will definitely use this store more in the future - Pete
