Super friendly staff, professional, and very helpful. I come in with my son, and they go out of their way to help me load my truck if needed. It’s difficult doing basic things with a toddler sometimes, but they make my life easier. Knowing the packages are safe at the UPS store is also super helpful.

I had two challenging (large & heavy) items that needed to be shipped. They provided all the packaging, wrapped it up, and ultimately it arrived fully intact. Admittedly I was a bit nervous. They even followed up twice by phone. Thanks for the great experiance.

I have my PO Box there, i package and receive boxes dailyThey have the best staff they love my dog Marko goes above and beyond his hours and duty and there isn’t one person that doesn’t work out. It doesn’t greet me with such pleasantries that sometimes I stop and just to say hello. Boo Boo always gets a cookie treat and everyone loves them there. This is the best UPS store in America.

Recently rented a mail box here and worked with Jonathan and Marco. Both were genuinely kind and helpful and they made my experience very pleasant. Have stopped in since and both men were very busy but they took the time to say hello and shake my hand. This is what customer service is about. Hats off to both men and the owner!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a very busy store as they are the closest to the Rio Verde Foothills. They've never failed to provide service with a smile even when slammed with customers. I particularly appreciate NOT having to wear a ridiculous and useless face covering once restrictions were lifted. Pricing is reasonable and within industry standards. I feel I'm getting my monies worth when doing business with this store.

Once again, This UPS store came through and got me out of a pinch! I was packing up my clothes and shoes to bring back to Minnesota for the summer months, when I realized I HAD WAY TOO MUCH STUFF!! I called the UPS store, and the Manager said he could come over and pick up the suitcases for me, shrink wrap them, ship them overnight, and bring me some packing materials needed for a few specialty items! Everything happened in about 30 minutes! You can't get good service like that anywhere. The cases all arrived then next day, earlier than scheduled!! THANKS UPS!!This UPS store is like the hub of the community. The employees and owner take very good care of their customers. I've had packages shipped to them for storage and pickup, and they've come to my house to pickup a large shipment for Packing AND Shipping... what a convenience! And the pricing for services is very good! My luck with the USPS in North Scottsdale isn't good, so I don't mind paying a bit extra for the peace of mind and time savings with this UPS store!! What service!! 5 stars all around!!

I just had the most wonderful experience with Lori Cordova and her staff at the UPS store at Alma School Road. From ordering the suitcase shipping boxes that I like, to having them available, and arriving on time, made me feel so confident that they would be taking care of everything. I had seven boxes which were picked up at my home at a rather reasonable rate - on time - and know they are in the right hands for shipping. Shipped 2 boxes of valuable items in November of 2021. 1 box came fine the other UPS SMASHED everything in the box to pieces. I insured the boxes mind you. I filled a claim to cover the broken items in November of 2021 and it is now March 2022 and I have not received my claim money. The owner of the store is never at her store she is always traveling, the manager never calls me back. When you try and call UPS on the phone to check the statues of your claim you never get a real person, and trying to find out on line is even more difficult. SO SAVE YOUR ITEMS AND YOUR SANITY AND NEVER USE THIS STORE.

Rude and slow. Service with an attitude. I had not been there in a year since my last bad experience. They are the closest UPS store to my home. But I will gladly travel the extra 15 minutes to go to another.

Well, this was my experience this am-tried to get a box to ship Good morning, I am rather upset at my experience at your store this am. I waited at the counter as I needed help. The staff tool 3 phone calls while I was waiting, When I suggested I needed to get going she rather aggressively told me she was alone in the store, etc etc. I asked her why she was being so bitchy towards me and started to walk out, I then heard her call me a b**** on my way out. I turned around and asked her how to contact the store owner. Staff name I believe was Connie. Certainly not customer friendly. I will be posting this inb Yelp as well, Bonnie

Attitude problem ... Are usually don't go to this UPS store and I will never go back. The girl at the register had an attitude problem and was too busy speaking to a personal friend on the phone to help me. It's worth the drive to go to another location.

*****CONSUMER BEWARE*****IF YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED $1.50 FOR A PIECE OF PACKING TAPE BY A UPS STORE THEN GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! This place and the owner, Lori, have absolutely zero class are are very unprofessional. I live right down the street from this UPS so it was convenient to go to this location. I brought in two boxes to be shipped, one being an Amazon return and the other a private return. I sealed up the box for the private return at my house and had it ready for shipping, no problems, but the Amazon box i did not tape up because Amazon clearly states that UPS will box it up and to not even put it in a box, UPS is supposed to take care of everything. Well Lori, whom I later found out was the owner, told me that because the Amazon box was not taped up that generally they would charge $1.50 for a piece of stinking packing tape. I said "wow, okay, I would not have any problem with paying that but Amazon says UPS will take care of the packing and to not tape it up." I was under the impression that she was just letting me know this but the next thing i know she is at the cash register and says to me "Okay that is going to be $1.50 for the taping of the box." What?!? Are you kidding me? The box was very small, I was returning writing pens, and the tape they used was literally like 5 inches. I was disgusted but paid as i needed to get this stuff shipped out and was very short on time. Never again will I step foot into this location. The owner, Lori, has no business owning anything and it would not surprise me if her venture with this UPS was short lived. Absolutely zero customer service skills, but i can say the employees were all great to work with in the past. This is why I was very surprised when she told me she was the owner. So after this very long review to sum it up I give one star to this place, I would give minus zero if I could. I will tell everyone I know about this shameful, money hungry location and will also be filing a complaint with BBB and reporting this to Amazon. Terrible terrible terrible.
