Horrible customer service and misleading content in discussions regarding international shipping. Additionally, Jordan the operations manager actually argued with me regarding the level of customer service. Not only have I lost the international sale, the parcel is now lost and I have lost 188.00 shipping cost.

I love the service I receive here 98% of the time. Today was last time for me. There is a newer individual I received over the top attitude on the first transaction with her and I chopped it off to her having a bad day. Today, same over the top attitude. Forget it. I drove a few more blocks and got great service at Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale. Absolutely no arrogance there from employees.

I've always had a great experience with the people that work here. In the past couple of months, the girls here are always very pleasant and very accommodating, especially Emma. Sometimes, I'm having to rush in a few minutes before closing and they are still very accommodating and genuinely sweet.The only thing I would say that I miss is that there was a manager, Louise Nagy, who I have dealt with a couple of times in the past and she was great to work with. I haven't seen her in a long, long time. I used to think she was the owner, but I think she is, or was, just the manager. I miss seeing her there. It was very helpful to have her there as the manager. (I'm not sure they have a manager there now.)I have used this UPS many times in the past 3 years and I would not go to any other UPS store, if I can help it. I love it also because it's never crazy, packed busy. And, even if it gets a little busier, it's very organized and very well run. Everything runs smoothly and very quickly. Absolutely 5 STARS for this UPS!

The staff is is AMAZING! They go above and beyond for every customer. Always working to find the least expensive way to ship my packages. Great energy even in the height of the Christmas season with a line put the door. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Have had my mailbox here for many years. These guys are so wonderful!! They are friendly, efficient and ALWAYS helpful!!! I never have my key with me and they are so patient and kind to get my mail everytime without any complaints! Part of the reason I keep this mailbox is solely for the service and ease.
