I visit this location regularly just because of the customer service! When the staff appears to be overwhelmed I've never seen them reduce their level of service. I have a location within 5 mins of my home, but drive 11 miles to this one! What does that tell you?The services offered including notary are very convenient for all my needs. Thx Scottsdale location for the best reviews than some of the other locations I've read.Good job!

This review is specifically for notary services. At first they said the could not complete my request because they could not certify my birth certificate. I wish I had just left at this point. I explained I was using it for identification only and it was an official copy for identification as requested in the paperwork. They read me a paragraph on birth certificates out loud from their notary book and then read my paper again and with out saying I was right they supposed I could use it for identification but they were not certifying my birth certificate! That's not what I wanted in the first place. They proceeded to sign the paper and then gave it back to me. They did not fill out the second page and I asked him to complete it. After looking it over he did and then charged me $20, $10 per signature! Please do yourself a favor and go to the UPS notary in Oldtown on Scottsdale rd. Had a great notary service there, no questions asked and $10 only for multiple signatures for the one document.

Showed up about 10 a.m. today to return an Amazon package and I was the first one in line. About six other people showed up behind me but when the second staff person came out to help, those other people ignored the fact I was there first and jumped the line. I was not interested in engaging in a verbal tussle over who was there first so I just walked out and went to a different store. They should go to the take a number system to prevent this sort of poor customer service.

There was some great people who worked there. Very helpful and very kind. But now 4/14/23 and 4/15/2023, it seems as though there are different employees. They are EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, argumentative, entitled and there is zero friendliness. ZERO !!! They are a lot of UPS stores around so clearly it’s time to take my business somewhere else.

This is my regular UPS store, and I have the same great service each time. No matter what kind of service I need, the staff is very quick, efficient, and helpful.The only thing I would say is that the store font is very small and can sometimes get a little crowded. However, the staff will get through the line like nothing. So if it does look busy, this location will take care of it. If you are dropping off a pre-labeled package, scanning an amazon code with an unpackaged item, or walking with some questions and a box with an address, this location will take care of you with no problems at all.

Brian is the best. He went above and beyond to help print and notarize documents. Quick and efficient despite being very busy.

Janet was awesome. Very quick and to the point while being friendly. I brought in a ton of Amazon returns and she knocked them out fast. Great attitude even though it was busy and near the holidays. Also helped me print out my slip for one of my packages.

Terrible service. Unwillingly to print for you for any reason (even when you’re printing a shipping label to subsequently ship at the store) anymore due to having a “print yourself kiosk”. Which you can’t use and reserve your place in line, and is inherently unsafe because you’re sharing your password. I was told “we’re way too busy to print due to the holiday season”. I recommend the old town location instead. They printed without question, while moving the line along faster. It was quick easy and pleasant. I’m never going to this location again.

I'm not sure about other locations but this one is always efficient and no matter how busy they are the wait time is always short

it’s 110 degrees and out and she told me to put my dog in my car. haha what?! so a stranger holds my dog in the shade for me. then i have my amazon returns which say specifically that ups will package them into a box, simply show the qr code. she said that’s not how it works and refused to care enough to help me. thanks for wasting my time.
