Taylor is the best! After I went to another UPS and had a horrible experience I came straight here to rectify the situation. I was so happy to see Taylor working as he was the one who helped me a month ago. He immediately began filling out all my paperwork and placed the notary stamps right where I needed and made a copy of my birth certificate. He is the best UPS employee/notary I have worked with. Come to this location for your notary needs, open until 4.

have been using the UPS Store in Scottsdale AZ. for 3 years now. I have found the staff to be very professional and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I even got a phone call from the store when they had a question about a delivery. Isaac, Nobody, not a single person came here to listen to your false accusations. You were helped accordingly and promptly. I waited my turn just like everyone else. I even let people cut the line to make sure i wasn't in the way.The camera footage will show that.A peck on the lips is not displaying overly aggressive PDA. Don't be "that person"I am sorry you feel the need to be so shallow and give a bad review because you are unhappy with your own life.With that said. I very much enjoyed working here for 6 years. And, I give my most highest regards to anyone who can handle this location while keeping calm. There's obviously a lot of "nay sayers".. only because they feel entitled or spoiled to the point that they have nothing better to do than leave a bad review.To those people, I wish you well in life.Don't take your hate out on other people who are working very hard to please everyone.It's not cute, and it's definitely unnecessary.Find a better hobby. Find peace.That is all.PS. The AZ Hikeaholicks were lying to me trying to ship alcohol. That is a felony charge btw. Big No No.They got mad because I caught them in a lie and I refused shipment..So yeah..More proof of entitled people thinking they can get away with anything.

This is the only UPS store I’ll go to now because the associates are so great that all others would pale in comparison! It’s hard to find businesses with such great customer service these days. You’re lucky if the employees even acknowledge your presence. This particular UPS store has excellent customer service, I’ve even noticed the associates welcoming, which I assume are regular customer’s by their name as they enter the store. I’ve never seen them be rude or short with a customer no matter the customer’s temperament, they’re always polite, professional and courteous.I truly hope UPS recognizes what remarkable people they have working in this store.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came to deliver two packages at 5:30, I was being helped by a taller gentleman with nail polish. His girlfriend walked in a couple of minutes later and he stopped working with me leave with her before the store closed and before he was done helping me. He was incredibly unprofessional and didn’t give the next person who helped me out any amplifying information to finish my delivery. Also the PDA in the store was too much in a place of business
