I came in here recently for a notary. The guy who did it was very unpleasant, and then rushed me through it. He missed a document and did them all wrong. I had to got to a bank the next day to get it all corrected. The staff here are rude and unhelpful. Do not go to this UPS branch.---- To the response from the UPS Store ---- If your services were "world class" I wouldn't be leaving this review. The notary experience was pathetic and I will never return to your store.

I have been shipping here for a few years. I sent a package 2 weeks ago, but the package was returned for "Refused delivery". I messaged my recipient and they confusedly gave me the same address that shipped.I came in and the manager told me their system auto corrected the address and sent to the wrong address. I said no problem, let's just send it again. He then rudely told me, "Ok, that'll be another 14 bucks." I explained that it wasn't my fault that it wasn't shipped to the righ tplace and he said "And it's not my fault either."Instead of doing the right thing, he shoved the package back to me and said, "I'm not sending it if you don't pay." So they sent it to the wrong address, and wanted me to pay again to send it to the right address.Well, screw you too sir.

Worse customer service. Management needs to train their employees better. Only one employee knows how to work everything and they're not always there.

I stopped by this UPS store to return a package using a postage paid return label. I left the package open as I normally do in order to ensure the shipper that my package contains legal contents. They insisted on charging $1.00 as a "prep fee" for taping the box and label. I have never experienced this at any other UPS store. I drove up the street to another UPS store at Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak. They closed up the box for shipping without any issues. I'd avoid this particular UPS store. One dollar isn't much in the overall picture, but it's ridiculous to charge for a minute of time and a piece of packing tape!

Was extremely impressed with Ivan, he is the only one who runs the store, works efficiently, multitasking, while providing immaculate customer service, upon my arrival at approximately 8:10 am, there was a line of six people, in about five minutes I was the only one there. Bravo!

I’ve been a customer of this store for 4 years and it has been amazing! The staff are friendly, helpful and patient. The store is always clean and organized. The Amazon returns are easy and they keep my packages secure even when I’m out of town. Ivan is awesome and provides the best customer service!

Literally the worst UPS franchise valley. They have horrible Parking. Their door is pull only so trying to manage bringing in multiple boxes is difficult. Plus they are the only location I have ever come across that charges extra to tape up Amazon returns. All other locations honor Amazon return policies and don’t require boxes taped up for every single item . Amazon even states in their return policy, no box needed for certain items. This ups does not honor that policy.

This particular UPS Store location at 10632 N. Scottsdale Road is conveniently located at Scottsdale Road/Shea Blvd. Carrying packages just a few feet to the door is a breeze. I'm always met with a kind "May I help you, a smile and/or with we'll be right with you." I conveniently drop of Amazon returns (if Amazon states "no box, no label needed free of charge), and I'm asked if I'd like a receipt (some UPS locations don't offer this courtesy). Another great service provided is a small fee for packages I didn't have time to package, as required from a company by me for a return. I appreciate the GREAT service here and commend the courteous, professional staff! I've been to many UPS locations and believe this one is the best.

I have been doing business with this Scottsdale & Shea located UPS Store for almost 10 years and have always had a positive experience. From shipping packages of all sizes to dropping off the inevitable Amazon return, the staff has always been efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and always able to provide cost saving options if necessary. I would like to recognize one particular long-time staff member, Ivan, who consistently provides an exemplary level of customer service which in today's world seems to be a rarity. Consider this an unequivocal all-star recommendation.

WOW. I went to do some Amazon returns, and never have I had any issues until I went to this UPS store. I politely asked him to please not cover the Amazon label of the item being returned with the label he affixed. Josh kept socializing and ignoring me, and despite me being ready with a return code to be scanned, he scanned when he was done socializing. He then again puts the printer label on top of the Amazon item label, and I removed it and asked him to please not cover the label, again. He said his boss said he doesn't have to listen to me and he can do whatever the f*** he wants. Excuse me?! Wow. Never had I ever had anyone speak with me so unprofessionally and rude! No need for vulgar language, I was respectful. Despite me having to ask him the same thing several times.
