I had a really great experience with Van Marcke Plumbing Supply yesterday. I needed a new RO tank and both Home Depot and Lowe’s didn’t carry it in stock. I had a plumber at my house waiting for me and so I called this store to see if they had what I needed in stock, they picked up after one ring, answered all my questions, and confirmed they had what I needed in stock. I drove right over, they had the tank ready to go, I paid a very reasonable price, and I was on my way. Overall a very pleasant experience at this store. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would use this store again and recommend them!

Van Marke is by far the best plumbing supply store in the valley. We are located closest to the Raintree store and love the guys that work there! Dave and Brian are my go to guys for anything we need. Our account manager Gary is beyond helpful. Thank you Van Marke for all you do to keep us running smoothly. Unfortunately, an unknown entity utilized the name 'Apple Pluming' and posted a 2 star review. That review was NOT from the real Apple Plumbing and we are investigating to find out who is improperly using our name. We are so sad that anyone my have thought that we think you are any less than a 5 star company!

I needed a part that I couldn't find at a big box store or local hardware store. Sure enough, called up Van Marcke and spoke with Dave. They had two in stock and held one for me. Dave was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. This was my first experience at the store and would definitely return for future plumbing needs. Price was very reasonable versus big box.

I was with Van mark for 2 years They sent me a bill for $4000 My actual bill after investigating over charges on my debit card and putting it on my credit account resulted in a $2000 difference They took care of it The next time I receive a suspension on my license from roc Due to non payment to Van marcke plumbing supply for $7000 I know I did not spend $7000 I was dealing with lashanda and Chad Supposedly good reps from then mark plumbing supply I had to pay $7000 in order to restore my license to continue working Lashanda told me they would open my account once I am paid up and we would be able to go through and figure out what happened Of course now that I paid lashanda is very rude and ignores me I tried to go through Chad which was referred to me by a friend that works for Van marcke plumbing supply A to has backed out very rudely and told me to do what I gotta do I will go to the roc but it looks like I am out about $3500 All this because one of their employees quit during the investigation of the $7000 bill that they suspended my license I still buy from them because they have a good product and of wide variety of stuff But they're liars

I have a unique part that I needed to replace. They couldn't be bothered in any way. The two guys couldn't be bothered to tell me how to size or identify it. It took them 2 minutes to dismiss me.

Im a plumber and they always have everything I need. They don't carry the big size pipe but they have up to 2in pvc, 2in copper and 4in abs. Employees know their stuff too!

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The store manager, Dave Bingham, was an extremely helpful person! My 11 year old tankless water heater broke down and I purchased a Navien tankless water heater 240A at their store on Bell Rd. Unfortunately, the plumber who came to my house for installation was not competent and unable to do the job because he said he couldn't find the gas convertor. The next day I called the store manager on Bell Rd but he wasn't helpful at all and wasn't willing to exchange the product although I bought the product from his store the day before. I was upset and getting desperate so I called Van Marcke in Scottsdale and Dave answered the phone. He told me to bring the unit over to his store and he took apart the box and the front panel to locate the gas convertor. He went above and beyond to help me! I have a family including a 1 year old baby waiting for hot water at home so I was truly thankful for his empathy and helpfulness. Dave is a man with a golden heart who truly cares about his customers. A rare person these days. He even gave me great advices on the plumbing installation and referred me to a couple of installation companies. By that evening, I had a new tackless water heater up and running thanks to Dave. If I ever need a plumbing product again, I will surely go to his store and purchase products from Dave! Dave is a gem and the owner of this company needs to recognize that!!

This place is great! Darryl and David helped me get a drain hose and clamp for my ice machine. They knew exactly what I need! I will be back in the future for more supplies!
