Verizon made a big deal that I needed to set an appointment to replace my S8 with S23+ - so I did. 10am 4/17. Arrived 15 minutes per instructions and door locked. 10:25 - door still locked so I left and went to verizon store on north pima where I walked in, selected my new phone - they migrated info to new phone - no problem. Maybe there was some emergency but would have been nice to get a heads up - also there were 2 others waiting as well and we all wound up leaving.

Great experience today @ the Victra location! The representative Susie is the reason I remained a Verizon customer. She was able to answer all my questions and solved all my problems and previous issues I had with previous customer services. Her peers were professional and welcoming as well!! Clean, store, great staff, no long waiting. Staff are very knowledgeable about in store products & policies and procedures! A++

I am sorry i have to do a bad review but this store made me switch to another company, being with Verizon 5+ years, i added a line and made an order for the new 14 pro max in this location , when the phone was delivered to the store the trade in value of my old phone was 200$ less. (The trade in value should be the day i did the order, and they wanted to explain like the value dropped). Ok I understand that they did maybe a mistake valuing my phone, but what maked me more frustrated is The Store menager there did a very bad job and she didn’t bother at all when i told i am canceling the line and switching from Verizon. She acted like nothing happened.

Best experience I’ve had at a Verizon wireless/ any phone store. The girl that helped me was extremely efficient, nice and knowledgeable. She got me a new phone, data transferred, and stopped service to one of my other devices all under an hour! Will definitely only be returning to this location because of her!

Really regret going to this place and wish I had stayed with Costco. I can second the others who find this place to use dishonest or deceptive practices. They conveniently tell you afterword's about fees or use deceptive methods to try to upsell other products. i.e. "Would you like me to install your screen cover". When stated that I didn't know it was included, I'm told that its not. Had I not confirmed this would have been another $60 on top of two $30 set up fees that I wasn't told about until after.Expect great confusion on plans, phones and all services & products in addition to extreme waiting times at all steps of the process.
