Walked in to turn in a Verizon phone - brought in a potential new customer & the associate started checking her personal phone; made no eye contact when we were asking questions & then said “I am just checking my emails” …guess she didn’t want to bring on a new customer from Cricket. Rude.

This is not a corporate store. They’re authorized to sell Verizon products, but I wouldn’t bother because these idiots will charge you for a Sim card., that they can waive off But they wont Because this is the type of store that will nickel and dime you for everything that you have I honestly would not give this establishment your business. If you’re a Verizon customer go to the corporate store.

Horrible and extremely off putting experience with this Verizon' store. I switched from T-Mobile 3 weeks ago, and I'm realizing I made a terrible mistake. I got a brand new line and brand new iPhone 14 pro. The sales lady with brown hair said I was going to get $400 off with a promotion. I'm on the phone with Verizon customer service right now inquiring about the iPhone 15 and they are telling me that she NEVER applied any sort of promotion on my recent phone purchase. She straight up lied to me....and why?? That's so shady. The same woman also decided to put on my $40 screen protector without asking. And no, I didn't want her to do it. I was fairly surprised when she ripped open my screen protector packaging and began to apply it without my permission. She had to try 3 times because she couldn't get it, and I left with a bunch of tiny bubbles and a piece of fuzz she was unable to get out. She didn't offer me a replacement, just left me with the wonky looking screen. She told me I can pay $15 extra and get it replaced from the company. Nice. If you're thinking about switching to Verizon, just don't. Now only three weeks into owning this phone, the screen protector is almost completely falling off, the bubbles have grown so big they are interfering with the use of the phone. I feel ripped off and unhappy with this whole experience
