Great experience upgrading our phones at this location. Knowledgeable associates answered all our questions and helped us evaluate our options without any hard sell pressure. They even took our old phones and sent them back so we didn’t have to do it. Highly recommend this Verizon retailer.

I was helped by Shawn at this Verizon location in Scottsdale and he did an absolutely fantastic job. I had a smashed up phone he was able to access and get me credit for, while also setting me up with a new iPhone 14 and making sure all my content was transferred successfully. I will always use this store in the future because of my time there today with Shawn. Great employee, very helpful, and knowledgeable!
